CARSTAR Fred Beans Doylestown

Anyone who needs bodywork on their vehicle-pick this place. They are a well oiled machine-from start to finish! Was told what time to bring it in for an estimate. After that everything was handled for me! Dropped it off and was met by the rental company-who were wonderful as well. Received daily reports on where they were at with my car, as did my insurance company. Was told when to pick up my finished car- they called rental company to pick up my rental as well!
The work they did, the estimator Tom, the women at the front desk-they are so nice and know what they are doing! My car is immaculate, the work is warrantied as well! Thank you Carstar for a job done well-really appreciate all you did!

Great communication by staff and collision service repair to my vehicle, looks new! Would recommend this business to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service I received at CARSTAR Fred Beans. The staff was very nice and helpful, made the whole process of getting my car fixed very easy for me, and kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process. My car was fixed to my satisfaction and I will be back for any future repairs I may need done.

Carstar lives up to their name. They were able to complete the repairs to my car in a timely manner and kept me abreast of the date I could get my car.

Their customer service is first rate! The communication was better than most places that have serviced my car.

They made a bad situation easy to deal with. I hope I never have to use them for collision repair but I would definitely use them for other services.

From front office to body shop the experience and service very was top notch.
You never have to wonder what the status of the job is as you are notified by text regularly.
The quality of work is superb. I am so pleased with the results and would recommend CarStar to my friends and family.

Carstar repaired this vehicle after a 2 solid month wait. I was told they would only use a refurbished mirror/ not new for replacement. Well I guess that DID NOT SEEM TO BE A GOOD BUISNESS DECISSION. Did I mention we bought the car at BEANS ALSO? Oh, driving without having the passenger mirror AGAIN is such a joy! Hope we get it done by Halloween.

The mirror you repaired o 19July2023
that you installed failed again. Popped out of the housing again. I hope you fixing it tomorrow will last this time. Difficult driving w one mirror. The OEM mirror worked fine till my Wife had damage on that side of the vehicle. I would expect the replacement would be as robust as the one on the car when we bought it from a Fred Beans dealership.

Fred Beans Carstar exceeded my expectations on the quality of work and incredible customer service. I appreciate the dedication. Tom, Christine and Michele were great to work with.

Did decent work. But had car for 32 days. Manager told me the extra 2 days that insurance would not pay for, he would have Fred Beans or Progressive Insurance pay. He left a voice mail stating this. It was never paid by them and this manager won't even call me to say he made a mistake

I hit a deer and needed front end work done. They did an excellent job with the repair and detailing of my car.
These things take time and patience is needed. It did take about a week before I received the first text about when the work would be completed. And my car was actually finished 5 days before the original estimate. The folks here are pleasant and easy to work with.

My car had a mangled a pillar and I did not think it would be possible to fix it to the point where it was pre accident condition. Well I was wrong for sure. I definitely recommend this place for all your body work needs
