21 day turnaround for repairs. Flawless job! Left rear quarter panel and bumper replacement on a 2016 Mazda 6 Touring Edition. Excellent consultation, estimate, parts ordering, drop off, repair and pick up. Repairs completed very efficiently. Difficult color match was finished in perfection. Repair quote was the key to knowing an honest and respectable autobody shop. Hands down so much more satisfying than the large autobody repair shop chains. Periodical updates with pictures were provided. No question, the very best autobody repair facility to date for this 53 year old car owner. Most strongly recommended to anyone local in the 19014 area code or surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed.

Guys fixed some damage on the bed of my truck from an accident I had. Did an amazing job. Finished on time, kept me updated daily. Very professional and courteous. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I had a car accident in June, I choose Carstar Russo's Collision because of the reviews that I read from his customers. He also was one that was not booked up until the end of August! When I called to ask about his service and about how long that it would be before he will finish the car he replied by the end of the month! When I say he is a man of his word trust me when I say this that he is good on his promise. He kept me up updated through text messages/ phone calls every week. Whenever I called to speak with him about any questions / concerns he always answered or returned my calls without any problem. The work that he and his team did was outstanding! The color of paint was perfectly matched! If I can sum it up in one word about Dominic and his team the word is AWESOME! After being hit in a parking lot, my car was significantly dented and scratched. Russo’s was great in helping us navigate a car rental, insurance, and making my car look as good as new! They were professional, timely, and communicative. They cleaned my car before I picked it up, and best of all, because they frequently work with enterprise, I was able to drop the rental off at Russo’s! It was so convenient after a stressful week. While I hope I never need to use them again, I know if I or anyone I know ever need work done, they are my guys!
