I called for a replacement radio that I saw they had listed on a 3rd party site. The guy tells me they have it, but wont mess with getting out a radio because "They're nothin' but a pain in the neck. "

Seriously?

Why advertise it in the first place then?

Called to confirm they had the part and it was in good condition as pictured on CL. Drove an hour to get there, waited 45 minutes to be taken to the car (one runner, 3 people ahead of me), to find out was torn apart trash. BEWARE!

I just called for a part, and the woman that answered the phone was really rude. I won't be be giving them anymore of my business

It took over a month before they told me they didnt have my part after telling me it would be available after 5 business days. Eventually I got tired of waiting and demanded a refund which over another month to get to me! Mind you this is with me going back and forth with them about where my part was and then where my money was and lots of lies. Major waste of time and money

They are awesome! My father uses them all the time and he recommended them to me. I surely was satisfied! Lamont was my sales person. He was very nice and took care of me. Stacy was also great!

Was on hold for 10 mins. They don't even answer the phone all the way all they say is please hold.horrible customer service

This place is a disgrace as far as waiting for parts I waited here for a hour for a radiator then had to wait for them to pull it I didn't understand why people left before I did and I was before them smh

Horribly customer service! Asked about the parts. They said that have. When I coming, they doesn't have it. Spoke about the one price on phone, gave me another (higher). Sells men very not freandly.

Gave me the wrong alternator, then gave me a problem refunding the money, which they ended up giving me anyway. The receipt says 30 return policy, then the sign inside says no exchanges or returns. Which is it?

Professional Customer Service. Mr. Joe C was very nice and informative, the driver who took me to find the parts was also nice. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Sometimes you find cheap parts it depends on how the owner it's feeling that day. One day he gives you a good price and the next day he gives you a higher price on the same item.

My boyfriend spent 700 on a transmission ' first they delivered the wrong transmission to the shop then they came and got the transmission and didnt bring the one he payed for my mechanic and boyfriend called the number to see what was the problem the woman who answered the phone is very nasty and rude she hung up the phone because sge was mad that my mechanic just called her too. Very unprofessional we went to the one in CMD. Never again

Your income would be greatly increased if your customer service over the phone was decent. Sadly it is not. No one wants to drive over there to waste time if the part they are looking for isn’t there. Went somewhere else that answered over the phone and saved time.

This Place is, I would say, in the top 5 of obtaining used AUTO PARTS. & if they happen not to have what you need, they'll refer you somewhere close by that may have it. I recommend CARTEL as your first stop.

I would like to commend Josie and John for there outstanding help. My mother needed a right side mirror in black for her 2006 Hyundai Sonata.
Josie was so helpful. He took the time to listen to our needs. John was extremely helpful. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for.

I called and Inquired if I could pay for a driver side mirror for a Camry ($75). Was trying to reduce wait time because my husband had to be st work this afternoon. STACY said “we do not take payments over the phone”! She said “hold on, and left me on hold for 20 minutes”! Not only was she rude, she was very unprofessional and provided me wrong information. She could use training on phone etiquette as well as the company policies!
