I have been renting from them for 8 years. I have had my ups and downs. Things have gotten a lot better in the past 2 years.

This is what I’m dealing with rn now in 607 East church lane apartments building A. They take our money but look at the conditions we in. I’ve been spending money left and right on bait, my own personal exterminators and everything. I just had a baby and sad to say a huge one was crawling on her pillow. I’ve called maintenance several times to complain and nothing has been done. This is ridiculous. I’m saving every picture etc. I’m going forth with this cause these are unsafe living conditions for me and my kids. I need to move ASAP but how when I have to pay rent here smh. I’m getting a lawyer.

HORRIBLE place for people to live. We who live here complained about the conditions of the apartments and all they did was re do the outside. The apartments are infested with BED BUGS AND ROACHES. Management does nothing! Their maintenance men don’t speak English so you can’t communicate with them while they attempt to fix something.

I just had a real positive experience with this company. I have been renting from them for 7 years and while things have not always been the greatest. Today completely changed my mind about certain things. The lock on the door to my back bedroom wasn’t working and we couldn’t get access to it. I went downstairs and spoke with Evelyn and Rose then I called the maintenance number. What used to take a day or two, today they came out within a matter of hours. They were all nice and professional, I appreciate the quick response, thank you all!
