This place was horrible. Staff was very, very impersonal! The car we test drove had broken interior and they didn't seem to mind. Why would you not fix or repair if you are trying to sell the car? ! Every person we had contact with was rude. You were made to feel like a # at a busy airport. Not to mention they like to harass you via phone when we didn't show up the minute they expected us too. We never committed to a time. Then received several phone calls days after our visit as well.will never ever consider anything to with Trooper/ Norristown Car vision again!

This is a follow up review to my original review that I wrote in May 2021 where I described my great sales/buying experience but horrible customer service experience after the sale. It's worth mentioning that I am currently 7 months into dealing with a registration issue caused by this dealership that is still ongoing. Buying my car here was not worth the headache in the end.

I didn't know what I was getting into going to CarVision. I was met with a young salesperson named Taylor. She was great and she made me feel great about my purchase. I walked out with a brand new car and I'm so thankful for her. I will be recommending her and this dealership to everyone I know!

They hands down had the best price on a 2019 Genesis G90, within a 500 mile radius of my search. I drove over 3hrs, to get to the dealer. I was greeted by my salesman's Steve within a few mins of parking. We did a quick test drive, and headed back in to finish the paperwork. I had my own financing, so it didn't take long at all. Everyone at the dealer was polite and friendly. They have a great selection of cars, and a good atmosphere. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

My experience was amazing special the service department. Two weeks ago my catalytic converter was stolen from my car and I called around to see if they had the parts and they told me they had it and I drop it off the next day and they started to work on it they had it done within a few days. This was the best experience ever amazing sale worker ever

My experience was awesome, everyone treat you with respect. They work with your credit and cash that you might need to put down a payment. Taylor was great. She definitely worked with me which made my experience even greater. Thank you again.see you guys in 6 months.

I recently purchased a truck at Carvision and two days later my front end starts to grind when turning. I spoke to the manager there and he didn’t want to help at all. He said “well it is a used car”.

They seem to sell junk cars then leave it to you to deal with. BUYER BEWARE!

I do not recommend this dealer.

While there to pick up the car, I took the opportunity to go to talk to a manager about state of the car and the loan application but they only cared about the loan and one of the ladies from the finance department told me that I had to leave the car. She even threatened me saying that if I did not leave the car, the situation would be escalated. This was even though I had already given $10,000 deposit and had numerous times offered to pay the car in full if finance didn’t go through. I was so upset at that time that I just took all my stuff out of the car. I had been the one calling them to try to resolve the situation and if I had not spoken to them in person they would have not even known about the situation.
At this point a new manager stepped in. He allowed me to take the car until everything was cleared up the next week since the finance manager was no longer there and neither was accounting. Needless to say I absolutely did not want to continue dealing with this dealership anymore. Their departments are completely out of sync with one another and the service you get from sales completely disappears once they make the sale. The dealership had me contacting the bank to get information for them and it was a lot of back and forth with the bank and dealership to get the issue straightened out. The only plus with this situation was the speed with which they were able to refund my deposit after returning the car. It was not my fault financing failed to go through as I had stated all my limitations at the start.
Additionally, at the beginning of the deal, the finance department, in an attempt to get us to buy their service plan and tire and wheel warranty said my interest would increase if these were not purchased. I accepted the change anyway (interest was still way less than their service plan cost) and noticed the interest was still the same even without these extra warranties so they lied in an attempt to sell their add-ons. They had also snuck in their tire and wheel package in a vaguely labeled pricing section after making it clear I did not want anything extra.
As my ending note, I went to another dealer and I was able to drive out with my new vehicle financed within 1-2 hours after ending my test drive. So while Carvision has a good selection of vehicles they don’t have customer service or team members that care about their customers lending to an overall bad and lengthy experience with them.

I had recently purchased a car from a different dealership and was having a horrible experience. Car Vision made time to look at my 2018 Outlander when they were booked for the next week. They changed my oil, fixed the damage the other dealer would not and then detailed my car better than the other dealer did at the time of purchase. They gave me their 5 point inspection and assured me my car was in good condition. I was extremely grateful for everyone's compassion for my situation and appreciated that they went over and above to make sure I was satisfied.

This is my second review, my first is below thus review. This company is customer oriented. My agent was Deandra Service who helped me get into my new 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. She assessed my needs and got the job done. I am very appreciative of her work.

Joshua Harris was very patient, understanding, and worked diligently to help me get a vehicle I would be comfortable in. I appreciate their attention to customers and their dedication to making sure you are satisfied with the service being provided. I had such a great experience!

Starting with Sneki she was very kind and understanding. Then I met Taylor Hart and she went above and beyond to see that I was serviced with respect, patience and integrity. Your Operations Manager Ed was overall the solution and he made it clear and precise that carvision was a great choice to partner with in getting into my new vehicle. Thanks to you all.

In the past I couldn't get an appt unless I scheduled within 3 months. So I've been going to pep boys. My Mitsubishi coupom for oil change was not honored and tire rotatiin is not included in oil change which is at pep boys. I also tried to trade in my vehicle in which did not go well. Just not happy at all with car vision

My sales person Troy Brown was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was very helpful with the whole process. I was upset upon my arrival to find that the vehicle I wanted was not available. I spoke to 3 representatives of your dealership and no one informed me that the vehicle wasn't there until my arrival. I had an hour drive.

Although the car itself was good after some minor issues. The rest of the experience is the absolute worse I have ever witnessed. Not leadership or process to offset the lack of standardized operation. Sort assistance from two manager whom were useless nothing but lame excuses. This might seem critical of our experience but others there were having an equally bad time.
Will never do business with them again or recommend

The worst experience buying a car.
Originally I got called by Nathaly in the sales department offering me a Tesla model S. When I agreed to check it out she sent me a link to see it, when I called her back to coordinate to see the car she disappeared then I got sent to 3 or 4 different people, at that point I got called by Cameo in the financing department she was asking for all my personal information like address, Social Security and other information. I told her I was pre approved by capital one and I did not wanted my credit to be pulled again. She assured me that no one will pull my credit that her Boss Rose have requested the information enable to find my file and the pre approval from Capital One; well to my surprise that same afternoon I find out my credit was pulled 7 times by 7 different banks without my authorization, I called Cameo and Rose furious and they promised me they ware going to fix the situation but never did.
Finally Rose called me saying they got me approved to a lower interest and payment, then at that point I find out the car was located in Philadelphia and they did not offered delivery to Florida for that vehicle at that point I had to agree to pick up the car and drive the 1,000 miles back with the car.
They sent me a contract with a bunch of other things that I did not requested like Tire and wheel insurance, Gap insurance and a crazy interest completely the oposite of what we had talked about.
I requested that to be corrected and send the right paperwork which delayed the process even more and even then they said I will need to be present to sign the registration paperwork and do the Tesla Claim of ownership.

When I got to the dealership to pick up the car under a downpour rain some other guy approached me and said Cameo was busy and my car was being detailed (now keep in mind is pouring rain) I had to wait for
2 hours for Cameo to come out and greet me and have me sign more papers.

Then at that point try to set up the Tesla claim of ownership over the phone (Which usually takes 3-5 days to be confirmed by Tesla) en able to use the super chargers to make the trip back. Thank God The people at Tesla felt bad for me and set the Account right away otherwise I would have to stay there for 5 days.
No one offered me any help or information nor no one have contacted to apologize for the lack of professionalism and knowledge from their staff instead I pointed out some things that I noticed on the vehicle that was conveniently not showed to me on the FaceTime inspection and I was told that the car was an As is sale and the 1,000 miles warranty they offer did not apply to the vehicle since was going to Florida I pointed out the dash display bubbling up and Cameo told me to get a quote with Tesla to replace it at my cost.

This has been by FAR the worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had and I DO NOT recommend doing business with this people after such an unprofessional treatment.

I have been to mishibishi dealers from Chicago to Pennsylvania for my for my 06 mitsubishi eclipse.
I bought a brand new in Chicago. And they were Not very good "until I found Mitsubishi at car vision In Norristown". Marty the service manager Sat down with me and explained exactly what I needed. Not only the job was done extremely professional and correct. The price was fantastic
The professionalism of the Service department Was overall the best experience I ever had at a Mitsubishi dealership! If you need any car repair or any year I recommend car vision in northtown. They have my overwhelming royalty In the future. When it is time for me to buy a new car and/or get the car serviced I will definitely be taken Is it to car vision in Norristown Pennsylvania.
