I rented with theme for 4 years not to bad of people they help us in getting the apartment the rent wasn't to bad the place was decent they always responded when i had a problem in the apartment and fix it immediately with that the help us get a step up in saving to buy are house

These are the worst renters I've been living here for two years now and since I moved they are supposed to replace a door in my house and I'm still waiting for them to replace it every day I call and they don't even answer the phone but I always pay my rent on time That's not fair I don't recommend it bad very bad service

Brought a home from Ray and CashNow. Great experience and even when we ran into issues selling our home, they pulled out all of the stops to help us sell and then buy our new home. Would definitely recommend!

The cleanup crew who comes to clean out the houses showed up drunk with beer in hand Highly disrespectful and unprofessional

Do not buy a house from them they sold us a house that was leaking carbon monoxide had to replace the furnace they told us house was inspected everything was good a bunch of lying crooks

Not professional. Owner can act like a billionaire but put not money into his properties nor actually fix problems such as issues with the electrical/plumbing/or gas.or the fact that we moved into a bed bug INFESTED apartment building and nothing was ever done about it despite most of the units in the building being infested. Had to leave most furniture behind when we moved due to this.

Ray Abboud is a great business man that really cares about the community and if you need it he would give you the shirt off his back

I’ve been in York for some time now and have heard many complaints about Ray’s less than reputable business deals. He is dishonest and you should get a thorough inspection before buying or renting any of his properties. From personal experience, the house next to me was flipped by Cash Now and they just glossed over the whole house, not really fixing core issues like the bad roof.

Been living in a rented home from cash Now since June of 2018 and my ceiling been leaking since July 2018, instead of hiring a roofer they send their maintenance workers to do bandaid jobs to their properties! I don't recommend renting or buying from them!
