Very very Horrible experience. Catie gave me and my Fiancé the run around for a week after saying she’ll be in touch to let us know if we were approved in 48-72hrs which she never did. She called my fiancé asking for personal information as if we were approved. I feel we should have been told we weren’t approved because we found out by seeing the place was sold online not by phone call or email. Catie states she called me which she never did at all. I have proof she didn’t respond on time at all and when she did contact my fiancé it wasn’t a same day rest and she make the company look horrible. So many lies with this company you have to believe the bad reviews trust me anybody dealing with Catie won’t be happy TRUST ME. They will take money for your application knowing someone else is approved DO NOT I repeat DO NOT Deal with them. At least NOT Catie you will be lied too. Funny thing is the owners are from New York and I Recently moved up here from NYC to deal with this kind of service. What a slap in the face never again.

We left the place spotless and 10X better than the owners did when we moved in and they still charged us a $500 cleaning fee. Wish I could make that kind of money vacuuming carpets.

Jason and his team are extremely responsive to landlord needs and requests. Within minutes to hours I will get a response via email and Jason is usually available to jump on a quick call. I am happy with their service at this time and will continue to work with Cassidon.
