Dr. Joel Casteel has been my chiropractor for well over a decade. I originally sought care for a cervical issue causing numbness and tingling in my fingers. That issue has been resolved, and I continue to see him monthly for maintenance and proactive health care. The recurring adjustments keep me pain free with no difficulties. I highly recommend his services.

I have been going to Casteel chiropractic for quite a few years even when I moved to Phillipsburg I went to a Castile chiropractor they are awesome I don’t know what I would do without them they make me feel wonderful

I have been going to a chiropractor since 1986 for 2 herniated disc’s, so when we moved to state college 16 years ago I searched for a good chiropractor and after trying 3 or 4 other chiropractors, Dr Joel was the first chiropractor that took X-rays before he did any adjustments!
He is very knowledgeable and helps me with all my aches and pains!
I searched for a good chiropractor and I found a GREAT CHIROPRACTOR!
Also Chrissy at the front desk is awesome, she deals with all the insurance problems and is very nice to have a conversation with!

Staff and patients were not wearing masks, did not feel Covid safe in the slightest so I left without even having my appointment
