I don't understand all the negative reviews. They showed up on time, good communication, driver was a good guy.

Zach just picked up my car and delivered it right into the garage.super personable person.we felt very comfortable on the journey home.i definitely recommend.

Castle Towing is wonderful! They helped me out of quite a sticky situation. There's nothing scarier than being stuck with a flat on 79, in the snow, with three little kids in the car. After calling a few different places I was losing hope but the kind voice of the dispatcher put me at ease and help was on the way. Cody was an absolute prince and got my stupid mini van all the way back home, what a guy!

When I was stuck on the highway, needing a tire changed, they came do the rescue. Super polite to me on the phone, trying to figure out my exact spot. The man that came to change my tire was great! Was very quick and even checked to see where the hole was, as well as put my tire back under my truck. I definitely will call them again, if ever I need them. Thank you so much for helping me get home!

AAA dispatched Castle Towing, who in turn sent Jason to the rescue for a difficult tow with the rear wheel bent outward! Jason did a phenomenal job towing my vehicle and his professionalism and expertise and personality was outstanding, especially at 12: 30 am! Jason knew exactly what to do and how to do it! Even more importantly, Jason took great care of my car just like it was his own from beginning until dropoff. He really put me at ease with the whole process of how he was going to handle the situation! He was a Godsend! I highly recommend Jason and Castle Towing! It's really the people who make the company! Not only does Jason deserve praise, he also deserves a raise! He is a huge asset to Castle Towing! Thank you for taking such great care of my car! God Bless!

If I knew what I knew now I wouldn't have used this company this was the first time I had to use a tow and everything happened so fast I didn't think it was going to be like the way it went

Very inexperienced tow truck drivers and rude service. Avoid at all costs if using AAA ask for different company or they will your 70 year old mother helping the driver at midnight. All 5 star reviews must be from friends n family. No one with any experience would recommend this company.

I had a flat tire and am a member of AAA. Castle Towing responded quickly and sent Dan Bowers to service my vehicle. Dan was prompt and quickly replaced the tire. Dan did a great job and I highly recommend Castle Towing!
