Cathys Creative Catering Cafe, Catasauqua PA

We ordered catering for a 50-person work party and the food was incredible! There was also so much of it - we had leftovers for lunch the next day, too! Dips, pulled pork, mac and cheese and all the desserts were amazing! They were great to work with and so accommodating - they made one gluten free and one vegan meal for no additional charge. Would highly recommend! Photo is of some of the mini desserts - the chocolate PB brownies have edible glitter!

The food was absolutely delicious! The menu options are incredible. Cathy and her team were so professional and accommodating with the planning and details. Conner & Caitlyn rocked as servers for the family event. I highly recommend this Catering company.

Cathy's creative catering did a fabulous job for my wedding. The food was perfect, the staff was awesome, and all the extra support and guidance helping me with wedding preparations was over the top helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality service and food!

Absolutely love this place! The people that served the food were friendly and amazing! We talked with them as though they were family. They laughed and joked and were so personable! There was sooooo much food leftover. The ice cream bar was a huge hit as well as the steak on the toast we had for hors d'oeuvres. We will absolutely be ordering from them again!

We utilized Cathy’s for our after wedding brunch. The food was delicious, and the staff was helpful and accommodating! It was a great value for the price, and I could not recommend more highly!

Cathy's just catered our wedding. They were so easy to work with and adapted to all of our needs without issue. The food was delicious. The staff was professional and courteous. They were even helpful with how best to execute getting everyone fed. The value for the money was perfect. They even neatly packed and labled the leftovers. I will give them my business again without hesitation, and send everyone I can their way.

Cathys catering helped me have my dream wedding in the middle of a pandemic. Our wedding at our venue got cancelled so we switched it to a smaller gathering at our backyard. From the beginning of me reaching out to Cathy’s they were extremely understanding, Cheryl was great on the communication end answering back all my emails in a timely manor. We met with Cathy she was super friendly and helped me pick out a great menu- her manicotti is amazing, and we loved the stuffed shrimp. The whole staff did an outstanding job at my house. Renee made me feel so comfortable and even helped looked for my bouquet at one point, I truly appreciated her kindness. Megan was an awesome bartender and our guest enjoyed interacting with her. Also a special thanks to Donovan and Aidan very professional and hard working. I couldn’t have been happier with how my wedding turned out and I’m glad I got to have these great people helping me out. The cake was one of the bests I’ve ever had- triple berry and funfetti were the favorites. I am so appreciative to you all and look forward to using your services at any future event I have.

Delicious food and top notch employees who know how to make exquisite dishes and desserts on a large scale or small scale for big or small catered events and luncheons. Cathys pays attention to detail, and ensures the order is fulfilled as promised, fresh, hot, and convenient for any events enjoyment.

We walk in and immediately goes, I thought your appointment was for tomorrow? No Hello or anything. Our appointmet was in fact for the day we showed up on. (the date was on the top of the paper) That was the first red flag. She asked if we were going in a Spanish direction. I am assuming because of my fiances last name? REALLY? ! No, actually we aren't doing that at all?
Next, we are explaining that we have a Caterer for the dinner aspect and the eyes were being rolled and the head started to shake. EVEN THOUGH on the paper it said, " only interested in cocktail hour foods". " Doesn't your caterer provide cocktail hour"? No, we said and Cathy goes, "so they aren't a real caterer then". A snarkey laugh with more head shaking erupted. That was extremely un called for and super unprofessional. I said they are a food truck? It shouldn't be her business at all who we have for a Dinner option. I work in the food industry. Went to school for it. I know a lot there is to know about this industry. This woman is so unprofessional. I don't know if it was because we seemed "so young", but there is no way I would ever recommend. Her attitude put a bad taste in my mouth. Didn't even want to give 1 star.

I had Cathy cater our wedding this past Saturday and we had a Buffet style dinner for 34 people and let me just say.it was AWESOME. I honestly didn't expect much considering it was buffet and I feel like anytime food is done in mass quantities it just isn't that good but this was THE BEST. Literally everyone raves about the food and desserts! We had the manicotti, tenderloin, chicken Picatta (my faveee), spring rolls, mashed potatoes, veggies, and then an assortment of amazing treats including yummy moist brownies, mini banana nut cupcakes with peanut butter frosting, mini cheesecakes. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it all. The best part was that we had a bunch of leftovers to feed us for the week! Ugh I couldn't have been happier with her. Great price, delivered on time, awesome food.definitely will be hiring them again in the future!

Husband and I went for the first time and can’t wait to go back. Met Cathy the owner. Super nice. The meal was very fresh and above all else delicious. Small setting and BYO. Couldn’t ask for more. A delightful experience on a Friday evening in Catasauqua.

Their reuben is delicious! They have delish food for take out. I just wish their dining was open more often because it is so good.
