Doug was the C & C technician/representative who serviced my heater today. He was prompt, very courteous and helpful.
I have never had anything but pleasant experiences with C & C in the last 10 years. I highly recommend this company.

Tom, my tech was great, and very efficient. He would secure a solid 5-star review. What is troubling me is the ordering process of much needed replacement parts.customer service could not track the package, and did not get expedited processing at York, did not know when the parts would arrive. I was without heat for ONE week. Totally unacceptable.

Our gas burner and air conditioning system are both running fine due to the constant care of the C&C team. Gus is our technician and is flawless and clean. Right on time as well. When our burner failed a few years back a single call to CC resulted in a new system that next day. Very pleased.

Jim did an excellent job and we are very happy to have our heat working. Thank you very much.

Had problem with heat, tech came found what was wrong and fixed. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend C&C Heating.

Had a leak in the furnace. Tod our technician came out the same day yesterday. Found a loose hose clamp was the problem. Always a good experience when c& c comes out.

Chad has been servicing our heating and air conditioning units for years. He is professional, friendly and timely in his servicing.

Can't speak to the quality of service, but I was given a 10am-1pm window for service. Had to drive home from work trip to be here because it was the earliest date by 3 weeks. They call at 12: 50pm to say the technician went home sick. They offered no monetary compensation. They then offered a Friday service date that I could have made work without missing work, but it was never offered at the onset. Pretty frustrated about the lack of concern for the customers time.

Great company who delivers on their promises.friendly techs that know their trade, arrive on time and keep up in the loop. Highly recommend!

System only 2 years old they have been out several times and yet again A/C not working today 84 degrees in my house
