CDI Lawn Equipment, Collegeville PA

I just called after being told by Honda that this was an authorized dealership. I have a new pressue washer with a Honda engine that's failing to start. The guy who answered the phone at first said that I could come right in this afternoon. When I asked if it would still be under warranty due to the product's age, he said he was unsure and placed me on hold to speak with the owner. The owner flatly refused to look at it saying, "he didn't want to get involved. " He gave a bs response about it being about the pump. The pump works fine. It's the engine that won't start. This is bad business practice and poor customer service.

Good timely work on my BobCat zero turn - less one star as the equipment is kept outside in the weather and prices are not the best value I've seen.

Came in to pick up some rolls of straw mats. I drove over a hour away to get them, nobody in my area had them. The show room was well stock with alot of lawn and garden equipment. The employees were friendly and helpful, hope do business with them again.

I have been going to CDI for around 20 years. They sell equipment for commercial landscaping and Tree Services, and they cater to homeowners/residential customers. It's the place to take equipment of yours for any issues or questions you have. Dan Ianella and the rest of the sales team are easy going, happy to help, if it's something you or your equipment needs isn't in stock they'll order it and have it in store in a few business days.
I highly recommend this place.

Very displeased with this company and its customer service. They kept our lawn mower for more than two weeks, and we had to contact them via phone three separate times for status updates. Their repair fees are outrageous; between parts and labor, it would have cost us more to repair the mower than to purchase a brand new one. Save your time and your money and look elsewhere.

Just stopped in for a fuel filter this time. Had my carburetor rebuilt last year. Did a great job!

The tune-up had some minor issues but Dan and Steve promptly addressed them. Dan dispatched Steve to better understand the issue and it was quickly addressed. These guys went above and beyond to address my concerns and I wasn't another number but a valued customer. They treat everyone with the same respect and hold each customer paramount. I'll be having my mower tuned up in 2019 from the same people.

How is this a tune-up?

The only thing I don't like about CDI lawn Equipment. Is the traffic I have to set in to get there. This guy's have great customer service skills. Thank you CDI team & thank you Dan

Mom n pop place for lawn equipment. I buy here vs home depot. Reason, same price and they service it too.

Brought in a leaf blower for warranty work on a item i bought at Lowes. 3 weeks later told that it was a bad carb and they tried to charge me for the work.cleaning a carb is not $60.bad business to try and cheat people.

Only place I go too, and refer family and friends too. Customer Service isn't dead, u mean it's crazy I buy things from you guys and I'm the one thanking you, that must mean your doing something rite. Thanks again guys

This company did damage to my new car while working on my property then denied it because I wasn't standing outside supervising the entire time they were on my property. When I tried reason with the owner Joe he was arrogant and disrespectful. STAY AWAY!

AVOID. Said service time was one week. Had my mower two and half weeks - nothing done to it - picked it up broken, had to get it serviced elsewhere. Even the delay wasn't so bad as the "couldn't care less" attitude I received when calling for updates. Didn't know if parts are ordered, don't have an approximate date, don't know where it is in queue and would like you to stop wasting their time with status calls.

I needed a tuneup on my lawnmower and called in and was told to bring it in and it be 2 to 3 weeks. Loaded it in the car drove it 30 min their and was then told when we arrived it be 5 to 6 weeks. The person gave me an attitude and didn't care that their timeframe doubled from the call to when I arrived. Very disappointed in customer service!

I recently purchased a new Exmark Lazer Z at CDI. They were so helpful when I was deciding. Exmark is a great product. Now I get my lawn done in half the time. I would definitely recommend CDI.

Definitely recommend this place. Friendly service and they always do their best to get your equipment up and running fast. Very reliable and always helpful.

Great service, nice people. I went in to have my chainsaw chain sharpened, and they took the time to show me how to do it myself. So I will have them do it this time because it is so dull, but in the future I can do it myself - and they were happy to show me how. Nice!

CDI and the owner Dan are awesome! I purchased my Cub Cadet 33" inch walk behind in 2010 from CDI and I have had it serviced there ever since. Wonderful local company and highly recommended. Dan is super fast with email responses and has been wonderful to work with.
