They are the most disrespectful place. Called me a liar not once but four different times. Half of the time we never got our paperwork. You should get paperwork if you get one or several items delivered. I will not purchase products from a company that uses this place. Id rather go without then give this business the time of day

Worst communication and customer service I have ever experienced. CDS Logistics has been "handling" the delivery of my Schuler Cabinets purchased through Lowes. Received a message to schedule delivery, when I tried calling back I was told the incoming phone lines were "not working" and I should keep my phone with me at all times to get the call. So, I kept my phone with me for four days at work, during meetings, etc. Finally got the call ~ delivery was scheduled for December 9. Then received a call that they could deliver December 8, then received a call that a truck broke down and they could not deliver until Monday, December 12. In the meantime, I had a contractor scheduled for December 10- 11 for installation and countertop measurements for December 12. So, had to move everything out, which moved countertop installation to after Christmas, which was the whole point in ordering them in time.to have installed before Christmas. So, rescheduled contractor (had to pay for one of the days I had to cancel) for December 13. Just received a call that the truck " broke down" again and they could not deliver until December 15. Now, have to reschedule the contractor for the third time, if he will even reschedule. Now sitting on the phone with the cabinet manufacturer to complain about the delivery service, because was just told by CDS that there is nothing they can do and I should just call the cabinet company.

I would give this company less than one star if I could. We purchased a door from Home Depot in mid-August. It was supposed to be delivered in early September. CDS lost the door in the warehouse and failed to tell anyone. It is almost December and I've stayed home from work a total of four days because the door was supposed to be delivered. Each time, no show. Yesterday they left a message saying they would be here between 4-8pm. It's 8: 20 and they still aren't here. I called the customer service line and the mailbox is full. Worst. Distributer. Ever. Still waiting for my door. At this point I am expecting it to be broken when it finally arrives.

Followup from the owner response. NO, your team did NOT contact us to apologize for losing or door and then promising delivery 4 times. I CALLED YOU after you broke the fourth promise to deliver. During this call, your representative told me that the door would be delivered on 11/25. So I waited at home a FIFTH day for delivery, and again (not surprisingly) was disappointed in YET ANOTHER NO SHOW and NO CALL. At the end of the day, I reached out to Home Depot for support. They reached out to CDS and found out that you were closed and there were no deliveries that day. So once again, we were lied to. A few days later our door was FINALLY delivered-the SIXTH day I stayed home to receive it. It took nearly 3 months and an incredible amount of my time to receive the door I paid for in August. Worst customer service ever. I will never order anything again from a company that uses this company as a warehouse/delivery service.

Worst company to deal with. Spend thousands of dollars on cabinets and they would not even bring them to my door. I had called the day before and was told they would do that. When they got there they started to put them in the driveway. I called CDS and spoke with someone who said his manager was contacting the drivers to tell them to bring them to my door. They still left them in my driveway, when it was going to start raining. Horrible company and customer service.

RIDICULOUS SERVICE. How are you closed while deliveries are still running? ! Why don't you have a support line still open? ! The first delivery of my cabinets went fine. Only one badly cracked cabinet and another minor cracked one. No one called to schedule my delivery with me. Apparently, they scheduled it for me and then called/texted me 30 min before my delivery lol. Well here I am sitting at my 2nd delivery, and no one seems like they're showing up. I have received no calls or text and can't get ahold of anyone, not even Lowe's can help me bc the service is 3rd party. My home is under renovation, so I dont live there, I drove an hour to sit in the freezing cold for 5 hours. Im not waiting anymore. DONE.

Absolutely worst delivery company. They send a text with information on your delivery date. It even has a video on what to expect upon delivery. Come to find out that delivery date is a tentative date your product could arrive to the delivery company. Our date got changed twice! Ever time sending a text with a new date. The day they delivered it was suppose to be between like 12-5. I stayed home from work with no delivery. Called them to see if I could get clarification. They said they would call me back and never did! Delivery came around 7 while I was out to dinner with family. I had to carry everything in on my own! Also found out they damaged one of my cabinets. Getting the same run around on delivery. This company obviously doesn’t care!

This has be the worst experience I have had dealing with a purchase. In June I ordered Diamond cabinets through Lowes. I was advised they were delivered in August 25th to CDS. I attempted several times through phone and email to set up delivery and finally on the Sept 2nd delivery was arranged. My son took off work and sat there all day and they were a no call no show. I attempted to reach them again, but they would not contact me back. I contacted Lowes and they contacted CDS to set up a date and time. Delivery showed, but they were short 5 of my cabinets. I again contacted Lowes and they contacted Diamond, Diamond confirmed that the cabinets were delivered to CDS, they contacted CDS and advised me that CDS had 72 hours to check and get back with them. That was almost a week ago. I can’t order my countertops because the cabinets have to be here for them to come do the template. I paid thousands of dollars for my cabinets and my countertops and I have been without a kitchen for almost a month.

I don’t know what clowns they have working for them but hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company ever! I have taken off 5 days now from work for them to do no shows on deliveries. I have had no kitchen now for months and had to get take out every day but I wouldn’t even trust these simpletons with a pizza delivery!

Was sent several text to contact them and set up delivery dates. We tried for three weeks and they don not answer phone or messages. They finally called and set up delivery date. Morning of delivery they called and pushed it back another week. Horrible service in my opinion. They have had our cabinets in thir possession for 4 weeks. God only knows what condition they will be in when they are finally delivered.

This is THE worst company to cominicate with I have ever seen in my life.
They notified me that my cabinets would be delivered on Friday, so I took the day off and they never showed up or called to let me know and reschedule the delivery.
I called, chatted, emailed and left voice-mail for 4 days and no one would return my calls until day 5. She said that the message I received was wrong and they just got my cabinets but can't deliver them for over 2 weeks now. While this really throws me off my schedule it would have helped IF someone would have called me that day and told me this.
From now on I will ask who is delivering my stuff and request someone other than CDS in the future and I strongly recommend you do the same.

They called and scheduled delivery of my cabinets that were sitting 2 hours away in a hub for 2 weeks. The scheduled day came and went. I called the provided number with no response 6 times. Lowe's got involved and the schedule was incorrect on their end stated they don't deliver in my zip code on Tuesday but would deliver Thursday. Time slot was 8: 30 am to 12: 30. Truck never called me nor did it show up. I am a contractor and they are wasting my time. Lowe's needs to stop using this service. Lowe's make it right.

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. They’ve lost my special order cabinets that were to be delivered last week. They never called & after repeated calls and talking with “supervisors” they claimed to have found cabinets and would deliver on their first stop today. I still have no cabinets and they won’t answer the phone! UNPROFESSIONAL & horrible service!

As many said here, working with them is a horrible experience. They just called me to set up a delivery of item sometime week after, but it should be delivered today and I received a confirmation text message of delivery yesterday. I suspect the operator forgot instructing the delivery or made a mistake. I need to set up a new schedule and ask the operator to send me a confirmation email, but she said they cannot. Very strange.

Without question, the worst transportation company you could ever deal with. In the fall of 2021, they badly damaged expensive Andersen windows at their warehouse and during delivery to our job site. Then again, in March of 2022, they truce gained to show for scheduled delivery of special order Andersen windows. Two weeks later I received a call that during moving them in their warehouse and in and out of their delivery trucks, they badly damaged a door panel. This door had been a custom order that had taken eight months in the making. When the door and windows finally showed, they had one of the four door panels, the driver saying their guys had destroyed the others at their warehouse and one window unit was badly damaged. The fight for reimbursement has fallen on deaf ears, with complete reluctance to respond or correspond in anyway. DO NOT EVER USE CDS LOGISTICS.
