Family business making transition to Napa. In the past this location was the go to for in stock items. With my increasing use of online parts, I feel some guilt about not giving them more of my business. Recently found myself stranded with a bad starter in my pickup hours before a profitable few days. Pop started the truck and made it there, left it running and ran in to see if they had one in stock. Of course they did. And the lady even waved my core to save me the hassle of walking back in and waiting for the return process.
Installed in the nearby empty lot. Walked back in with core and left it on the counter with a thankful nod. I dread the day when I can't access this service in a pinch.
