Celebration Villa of Chippewa reviews
13Celebration Villa is clean, safe, pleasant, with a warm, friendly and "at home" atmosphere. I am very happy with my husband's care. All staff members are excellent. Physical therapy is the best I've seen anywhere.
It has been a very rewarding first job. All the staff and residents are so nice. I love the community.
Working with this team has been a true blessing. The staff and residents are amazing. Come check out our community your loved ones will be in great hands.
So happy to have found a place for my mom where she is comfortable and happy. Thank you Megan, Diana, Sherry, Greg and Judy from hospice. (And those whose names I dont know) for being so loving and kind to her! I love seeing the pictures you post of all the activities with the residents including my mom especially since I live too far to visit often.
I'm so thankful that our mom is in a place where she's happy and cared for well. They have a lot of activities that keep them busy which is great. Megan is amazing! She is so loving and caring and goes above and beyond with the residents. The staff is very friendly and professional as well. There has definitely been a switch to the better when the ownership changed to Celebration Villa. Thank you!
Come see this amazing community and the amazing staff. Once you do you won’t want to leave.
Celebration Villa of Chippewa is home to me. I personally know many families that have loved ones that reside there, and the staff is amazing. Leadership team goes above and beyond, so everyone feels like family. Chris is the Sales Director, she is wonderful and will help your family transition your loved one.
I couldn't imagine working anywhere else! We have such an amazing team, and we LOVE our residents. We are what I call a TRUE work family. I am proud to say that I work at Celebration Villa of Chippewa, and I look forward to what the future has in store!
Being an Entertainer and performing at Assisted living facilities all throughout the area. I must say, I love to see the enthusiasm and energy of the staff and how it reflects on all the residents living there. Great job Celebration Villa!
We cannot say enough about Celebration Villa former Elmcroft. From the office staff to the nurse to all the aids, cooks, maintenance all wonderful! This is not the plan we had for our father but we can sleep at night knowing he is well taken care of and if we are unable to visit every day we know he has everything he needs. They have great activities and the staff joins in and gets the residents involved, when it’s nice out they are able to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors in a safe environment. Very clean establishment and up-to-date facility.
My mom has been at Elmcroft in Beaver Falls for several years and she is so happy! My brother and sister in law visited several places and all of us are so pleased with the care our mom gets. She loves the activities, the outings, she raves about the food and staff, and she calls Elmcroft “home. ” Since Covid 19, we have not been able to visit, her days are quieter with the residents having to eat in their rooms and no sitting outside on the well loved porch. However, Elmcroft has done an outstanding job keeping the residents safe. Our mom has friends. When I visit from out of town, I am warmly welcomed by a staff who likes the residents and their jobs. I get to participate in the games like Cornhole, exercise group, everything which makes my mom so happy. I enjoy visiting and have fun with the residents. Thank you, Elmcroft, for making my mom happy and thank you for treating the residents with dignity and respect. A tough job as the residents are there due to memory issues, etc, and I have only witnessed patience and kindness from every employee.

Pathedically understaffed is putting it lightly. Resident care is lacking to say the least. The memory care leader couldn't care less about the residents on the dementia unit and talks bad about employees that actually care. The residents on memory care have no activities to stimulate them,
daylight keeps them in a drug induced stupor, cold cuts are a common dinner for them. Showers and regular brief changing is often not done on both sides.
The assisted living living aside isn't much better, except they get a little better care and food. Neglect is still rampant. Caring employees are often ostracized.
