I broke the screen on my iPhone 11 and the gentleman at the counter had it fixed and working flawlessly in under 30 minutes.

This is definitely the place to go for your phone repairs and needs. Farid was quick in diagnosing the issue with my iPhone. He was able to provide a quick turnaround for the part and repair. The price for the repair was better than all the other places we contacted. Don’t hesitate to stop out to Cellaxs!

Decided to try them out for a new phone screen. 5 stars because they

1) Did the job for $100 cheaper than the place I usually go
2) Did it in 10 minutes while I stood there
3) Paid close attention to detail, carefully cleaning my camera lens, charging port, etc.

I only give this a 1 star because that is the lowest it goes. This place is a joke! My husband and I bought screen protectors from this guy for $30 a piece. The next day mine cracked on its own in 2 different spots. I have a brand new phone and have not dropped it or set it down hard or anything. My husbands protector is coming up on the end. LITERALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS. We went back and asked if there was a warranty and the guy at the counter said no. I explained what happened and he said “ I can sell you one at a discounted price” smirked and walked away. Totally unprofessional. Buy your screen protector from anywhere else but here. I would never return here again. Horrible customer service and cheap products. Save your money and save your time. Ps- 5 below screen protector are a better quality than this

They overcharged me way too much for a phone case when they saw i was foreign, they even tried to change the price while i was paying for it, not recommendable

Manager was kind and quick and to the point which I like. Took him 40 mins.
His price was $25 less than a local competitor and much faster than they would have been. That’s worth a trip to the mall. He even put on a free screen protector!
When you have a 17 year old starving for their phone back and when every dollar counts this is the place to go!

Please never take take your phone here. I had my screen replaced and received a phone can and the person could not hear me. I noticed my microphone worked for nothing. I took it it to apple to get it tested and they said he hit a while and broke it now I need to buy a brand new phone. NEVER GO HERE

Very bad experience here. People working here don't speak english well. I asked for a note 20 ultra case and showed me a few options and i bought one. Well they were for a regular note 20 when i returned to the stand he didn't have that option for the ultra and told me that i told him the wrong phone. Made it clear i cannot get a refund and acted like he really didn't speak english now. Whole situation was frustrating and will never go here and tell everyone i know not to go here. I have worked in customer service and this place doesn't know anything about it.

Went in for a new screen on my iPhone XR and it completely went black and wouldn’t turn on two weeks later and was told by another company the screen was not properly installed. I fix stated they only have a 7 day warranty for 180$ phone screen and that was broke because of their company? Never would do business with them again. Complete all around horrible experience. Do not use this company if you want your phone fixed properly for long term use.

Called and asked if they were able to fix the charging port on my phone and the guy replies "no we don't have a charging cord" and then hangs up on me. Very poor service.
