Center For Allergy/asthma Care, Allentown PA

Took my 18month old here for food testing. Was completely DISMISSED by the doctor who refused to do food testing and did seasonal testing. Went to CHOP and she tested POSITIVE for multiple different foods. Clearly they don’t understand food allergies is life or death for some people. Clearly they don’t care.

The front desk staff and office manager have no care or concern for you or your child. Very closed minded and unwilling to work with you, due to "doctor policies". My son had been going for years, you are just dollar signs here.

We love Katie so much! She’s been caring for my daughter since we discovered her food allergies as a baby and she is such a wonderful partner for this food allergy life.

How can a healthcare professional laugh at a mother with sick child! We waited 1.5 months for the appointment, just to be refused the appointment! Reason: apptmt was scheduled for 9.30 but they won’t acknowledge their screw up. I would accept a mistake from my side or theirs, but laughing at a mother and baby! That is a new low for healthcare provider! There is no way this establishment would care for your child! Run away from here and don’t be as stupid as we were for ignoring bad reviews! Those reviews are real, just like the experience we had today.

I have been extremely fortunate to have Dr. Ciliberti and his outstanding treatment team for over twenty years. When I looked at previous reviews, I was quite taken aback- I have done reviews on Yelp; however, I really must share here. Today I was seen for acute appt. Dr. Ciliberti and Tracy, as usual, listened intently and were very kind. I happen to be on a lot of medication for other med issues and psychiatric challenges.

Sometimes I find it hard to talk with doctors about. Dr. Ciliberti is aware of my total care and is an integral part of that team.

It is because of Dr. Ciliberti and the work with my psychiatrist that I have been able to greatly reduce the use of my asthma rescue inhaler. I also have not been treated for a sinus infection for years. I tried to convince myself that my symptoms were due to anxiety; however, I called yesterday and was given an appointment for today. Lisa, at the front desk, Tracy and Dr Ciliberti have always been very understanding and kind.
When I first moved to the Lehigh Valley, he was the person recommended to me over and over. I had many tough times with serious asthma growing up and was hospitalized due to dependence on prednisone to stave off inflammation. I am very grateful to have such a caring doctor. Most importantly, he is extremely skilled and very knowledgeable.

Don’t waste your time. The doctor was totally unprofessional. Had a bad attitude the entire time. Never again

I wish people would read reviews more often before visiting a business. It would save us all time, money, and just plain sanity. I should have done this before visiting this place. If I had, then I would have seen a trend of bad reviews and would have never visited. I dont understand why you work in an industry to help the public when you treat the public aka your patients horrible. Here is another bad review for your list of bad reviews.
