Center for Total Women's Health - Lansdale

Been seeing Dr Shah for over 20 years and the new receptionist (first I have seen her today) was very friendly and quick to check me in and out.

Usually not the visit us ladies (especially past the baby days) look forward to but everyone is very nice and professional. Dr. Lu shows concern, makes you comfortable and gives you her attention when with you.

This Lansdale obgyn office is the worst practice I’ve ever been too. I am Beside myself that i even Had to walk into the door, the front desk didn’t have time to make me feel welcome, as well as answer any questions i had In my third trimester, as well as the process in general being in this office. Not once did I feel comfortable, the doctor wasn’t warm or welcoming and left me with More questions than answers. I Had to make multiple calls to get a script filled to be told they couldn’t help me and i would Have to do their leg work, they should be ashamed that they’re even a practice. I will Never be back or recommend this practice

Unsure why my review has magically disappeared. Sketchy. Maybe because I exposed the lack of confidentiality
that takes place. Do not trust any of these doctors or nurses. Avoid this place like the plague.

Dr Shah has been my OBGYN for 25 years. She did a great job making the birth of my daughter 25 years ago a great experience and has been a wonderful doctor since then. She really takes time to listen regarding issues I would like to discuss and is up on the latest developments in the OBGYN field so we can discuss the risk/benefit analysis of different treatments. She has a very warm and calm bedside manner and I only wish all doctors were more like Dr. Shah.

Been going here for years since it’s covered by my insurance, but it’s a 50-50 shot of who you’re gonna get if you don’t request someone specific. Had doctors come in an completely disregard what I would say to them, but other doctors actually listen and give me completely different advice. I’ve been told off for doing my own research online for one doctor, versus asking another doctor and them completely agreeing and sounding confused why I was told something different. Would give more stars if everyone was on the same page and everyone actually listened to their patients concerns

Staff is courteous. As always, Dr. Shah is attentive and caring when attending to her patients.

I am very pleased with this practice in terms of the doctors and nurses, but today I had to wait 45 mins beyond my appointment time to get called in, then another 5 mins after the nurse took my blood pressure until the doctor came in. There was no warning by the receptionist that they were running behind, or apology when I was finally called in. For my next appointment I booked the first one after the lunch break so I won’t have to wait so long, hopefully. They need to work on their scheduling protocol.

Everyone in the office is very friendly. The wait time is not bad either compared to other offices. Jamie is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

I am a younger patient and this is my first experience at an OBGYN office. It took forever to make an appointment because the receptionists are rude, and no one took me seriously! They told me no one was available or flat out HUNG UP the phone. The blue bell location is great, if you’re lucky enough to have a doctor who travels to both locations. Due of my experience yesterday I will no longer be giving this company my business AT ALL. If you’re looking for another local OBGYN, try Grand View on Broad St in Lansdale. They are be more qualified/ happier to assist.

I had to have an unpleasant procedure done and the ultrasound tech and Dr. Shah Parikh were wonderful! I don’t remember the ultrasound tech’s name, but she was so kind and helped alleviate my anxieties. Dr Shah was very nice, patient, and informative.

Jamie B.the NP is also very informative and helpful. I have really liked all the providers I have had their recently.

The front desk staff at the Lansdale location were very friendly and nice.

My visit for my annual exam went extremely well. Cassie and her assistant were very pleasant and very informative.
There was very little wait time. I highly recommend.

I have had only good experiences here. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and the nurse practitioner I had was very professional, took her time and was extremely thorough. I recommend them to all. Ro, a nurse practitioner is truly exceptional. Not only is she fantastic in what she does but her personal touch is beyond great.

Had surgery with Dr. Lu. Fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable. I was lucky to find her. Outpatient surgery at Einstein Braemer bldg. Was great. Entire staff was great.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lu, exceptional, highly recommend.

Arrived on time for my appointment, waited less than 5 minutes to be taken into exam room. Assistant was friendly and personable, just the right balance. Whole visit was thorough and completed in less than 25 minutes. Was a very pleasant experience from start to finish, would highly recommend this practice.

Worst place ever the doctor I had is rude and I will not be going back I been with them for years until my doctor left and I stopped going now all these new people and the are very rude ladies it's our body nobody should tell us what we want don't no matter what especially since my insurance is paying them. I will be finding some place way better then them

I posted two years ago and gave this practice 5 stars, not any more. I found the doctor I saw to be totally unprepared for my visit. It was scheduled to review MRI test results, following a pelvic ultrasound, which revealed a need for the additional study. The assistant was ready to prep me for an internal, I just did that in April….
When the Dr.finally came in to the exam room she fumbled horribly reviewing the test results real time. I have totally lost confidence in the competence of this group. This not only showed a lack of preparation, it was unprofessional and insensitive to me as a patient. I also agree with a previous post, which referenced the Dr.talking over them. I have experienced this as well and found it very frustrating. The Dr.needs to stop and listen to the patient, they know their bodies. Ugh! Looking for a new Gynecologist any recommendations?

It was convenient when I needed help. They didn't turn me away because of the insurance I had.

The nurses and admin are amazing but the doctors do not listen to their patients and are always rushing out the door to get to the next patient. Every doctor I’ve encountered there has been aweful

Very great doctors. Dr. Shah is awesome, very thorough and have patience in explaining things.
