Central Bucks School District Transportation Center, Doylestown PA

This is a terrible company! I have been dealing with the non sense of their drivers for over a year.
Even though my kids go to two different schools in the same district the issue is the same.
When the normal bus driver is not working, whoever the substitute driver is either:
• come too late to the point that your child can’t wait any longer outside and you have to take your child to school
• doesn’t show up at all so you have to take your child to school
• they fly by your house/stop and you still have to take your child to school.
Long story short YOU as a parent have to be prepared to take your child to school every morning because you’ll never know what happens. Really? !
When you call their office and let them know about these issues they have nothing to say but tell you that they will let the driver know. Seriously? !
This can be understandable if it happens here and there BUT this happens every time that the your regular driver doesn’t work so you’ll never know WHO comes, IF they comes and WHEN they come. This is NOT okay for working parents, it is a huge inconvenience especially when it happens 3-4 days in a row!
If they have shortages of drivers they still have to figure out a way as a district company to fulfill their obligations. It is NOT the parent job! Totally disappointed!

This school district does not have the welfare of its students in mind. While fleeing a violent situation and having to move from the East area to the West area, the district was not at all accommodating to the pupil's needs and would not allow him to remain the same school for his senior year. Very disappointed in this district putting students' lives in danger for a policy for which they can easily make an exception.
