9I have an order sitting there for 8 days and have requested a phone call for estimated delivery for 3 straight days. The “29 minute” response only gives you the info anyone can get online and advise they’ve requested a call. The terminal doesn’t have a phone number to call either. I guess I’ll have to waste my time and pick up the order myself while they get paid the freight?
Great place to deliver to! My Company delivers here often! Great natured employees and easy in/out!
Delivery date kept changing finally get to the day it was supposed to be delivered after saying it would be delivered all day then changes half way through the day changing to a later date
Recently have been using Central for my LTL National shipments. Ultra low rates keeps more money in my pocket. Rates almost 1/2 as much as other carriers. Going on 6 months without any issues.
If you want to make really good $ and be home this is the place. Nobody over your shoulder. I wish I knew about this place earlier. Long hours but killer money

Terrible customer service. They routed my package to an incorrect address, and it was not until I noticed when the tracking first showed up that I brought it to their attention. My package was then rerouted and missing a tracking code so I was not able to track it. I called customer service and they told me it was on the way, just missing a tracking code. Its been 3 weeks and I called the seller and he told me they lost my package. I got an email from their customer service today, saying the package is unaccounted for and I can file a claim. One word to describe this company, "atrocious".
Has to be the quickest turn around I ever had at Central.fully loaded in 15 minutes! Good team work at this place
