The worst billing system ever, didn't even process my payment properly through insurance to cover all the charges and then sends $43 bill to collection services. So pathetic.

I went to the Mt Nittany ER in April with a 90-degree dislocated finger. The medical care was good but this company doing the physician billing are pretty awful - inflexible, unwilling to work with my insurance, and just frustrating to deal with!

The billing associated with this is mess because the previous company doing billing was not in business with this group anymore.
Call locally and deal with these people. Dont go to TSI call them directly The woman in charge of fixing this mess locally is very nice.
