I knew I needed help, when I saw my engine light on. I called dealers close to me, but they couldn’t help for several days (no matter what problem I had).

Then I called Century 3 Chevrolet. I explained my problem to the receptionist, Nancy, to see if I could get in. She explained that they were filled, but she could send me to Natasha, who previously worked on my car. Natasha Dulaney happily said, “Of course we can help you. ” I drove there and it was worth the few extra miles to be treated with kindness, even when they were very busy.

The body shop did a wonderful job on making sure the body lines matched up. They blended the paint to flow correctly on the none damaged area. They detailed the interior to a trade in look. Great job Century 3 Chevrolet!

I came here for an oil change that came with an tire rotation. Now, one I just want to applaud them for their ability to squeeze me in the day that I called! That alone was satisfying, but I get there 15 minutes early, they were ready. I wasn’t waiting for nomore than 35 minutes before they told me my car was ready. Awesome customer service as well as performance. I appreciate them so much for being able to get me in the SAME DAY, and meeting my needs with my 2020 Impala!

I'm getting nuisance texts from Century 3 Chevrolet management asking how my experience there was. Only I've never used this dealership and never will. I've replied to their texts indicating I've never used their services and promptly got another nuisance text asking me to rate their service. So here's my 1 star rating.

I have an older car which I have been taking to Century III Chevrolet for almost 20 years.
They have done a wonderful job of keeping her running.

Last week I needed 4 tires for inspection. Fine. Yesterday I stopped not knowing it was right before closing. Your service dept stepped in to fix a slow leak in my left rear tire. They fixed it and all is well. (ps: they forgot to put the cap neck on the tire). Thanks for all.

When my brother bought his new truck, it had an issue right away that C3 could not fix even after 2 days of having it. It was a simple airbag light. They said it was safe to drive though. My brother needed to return to his military base, so he drove it several states away. He dropped it at a GMC dealer near the base who fixed the issue immediately. The airbag fuse was blown. C3 told us it was safe to drive a vehicle that had non-functioning airbags. Incompetence at every level.

They patched one of my tires and also rotated my tires. I wasn't charged for the tire rotation which I greatly appreciated.

I brought my car in on 10/11/22 because I thought I heard something loose underneath. I was told multiple things were wrong. I had to have both front lower control arms replaced, stabilizer links, a multi-point inspection, wheel alignment, deluxe fuel induction, and my cabin and air filer replaced. My total was $1539. The next day my check engine light came on. I called on 10/17/22 to alert them my check engine light was on. They are now saying my flex pipe is cracked and I need a catalytic converter as well. When I questioned if this could have been damaged during all the repairs Erin stated it could not. It was also listed on my paperwork "customer hit something and damaged flex pipe". How can an accusatory statement such as this be legally written on my paperwork? My husband and I called to discuss the matter and Erin hang the phone up on us. I don't appreciate how my situation was handled. I don't trust the staff there and am highly upset that this "cracked pipe" wasn't detected when my car was in the possession of the mechanics or that I was accused of hitting something. I was refusing to sign the the invoice because I didn't agree with the accusatory statement listed and Erin stated "Well, I cant give you your keys or your car. " I own my car, I have a title for it, it is fully paid off, it belongs to me! When we questioned if the pipe could have gotten damaged during the repairs on 10/11 Erin also stated "I mean the car is 10 years old! "
Im disgusted with the entire situation, I may not be a mechanic, but I am a professional in my field. I am able to identify horrible customer service, poor documentation, and disrespect. I purchased my vehicle with chevy and not to mention I spent $1500 on repairs not even a week ago. If I had questions about "the additional repairs" which totaled another $464 it should have been addressed in a respectful manner. Im wondering if the flex pipe and catalytic converter were the problem from the beginning and all of the other repairs were done to rip me off. I wont ever recommend century 3 chevy to anyone nor will I ever purchase another car from them. Once this issue is resolved with my car I will be finding another place for service. If this is the standard of which you treat your customers I rather not be a part of it.

I was in desperate need of a car and didn’t have much of a down payment and don’t have really good credit, I got into contact with Kyle and him and his financial advisor got me into a really nice affordable car with good mileage! I went in the next day was in and out! Highly recommend going to him! He’ll get you into something that fits you and will make it an easy experience!

Saying that I am furious would be an understatement. I have an 18 Impala, that I take very good care of and I bring it in for 45,000 mile maintenance which included brakes and now EVERYTIME I stop the brakes screech/hiss. I spent HOURS in the dealership and took it back to have it resolved only to be told there was no sound and everything was fine by the condescending service rep Erin whom I’d prefer never to work with again. I want this resolved immediately and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
