They keep sending me bills after I’ve paid what I’m supposed to, the communication about is horrible also. I’m not sure what else is wanted from me I’ve paid the bill
Worse billing department ever. Do yourself a favor, call an Uber because these people will send you a 500 dollar bill 2 years later out of the blue.
I'd rather walk with 2 broken legs then have this place pick me up. You've all been warned.
To everyone else that has had this experience, call your local politicians and make a complaint and maybe even farther with the courts. I'm looking into this now.

I can’t thank the 2 gentlemen who picked me up yesterday enough. I was so scared from a bad bout with COVID. They were kind and reassured me I would be ok.
