Very good experience picking up a shipment at their dock. Freight was damage free and personnel was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Only glitch was their website let us schedule a delivery on a day they did not deliver in our area.

Friend of mine had me apply and the first day of work I walked out, I just had to see how bad it really is working here and man it’s horrible, management is a joke, if you work and are driven to get things done you will be carrying the weight of the whole team. Not that it’s team based if you are in picking shoes for crews because no one likes to work in that department. This place does not need to hire new people they need to get their employees to actually work instead of stand around in the aisles talking. And yes if you are Spanish or anything other than white you will get away with standing around talking and theft because security lets a lot of people through when the alarms go off. Also they delete reviews that are accurate and show the truth of how bad it is working for this company. I would not recommend working for this company to anyone I know and I’ll be copying and pasting this review directly to the website.

Had an appointment for a delivery in the afternoon. Driver arrived in the morning instead with no advance warning (strike 1). Only one box out of two were delivered (strike 2). Driver said they would call me to arrange delivery of second box. I never got a call and a truck arrived the next day with no advance warning (strike 3) with the second box. Driver left the large and EXTREMELY HEAVY box on my porch, rang the bell and started to leave. Fortunately I happened to be home and asked that he move it into my garage. He did so but with an extremely bad attitude (strike 4). There is no way I would have been able to move that box by myself had he had just left it there. Why bother scheduling appointments if you're just going to deliver whenever you want, drop the package off and leave?

Pretended that they called me to set up delivery. Refuse to answer the phone. Reached a rep who claimed the local office called and left me a voicemail - just not true.
