When you get there go up to receptionist area only one lady working but took me 30 minutes b4 I got helped not her fault doing job of three people but goes pretty quick after that

Not bad for a cold storage usually in and out 2hrs plenty of room to park. Over night parking if needed

Sleepy swamp. They themselves do not know what is going on with them. Stay away from this place

My appointment time wasn't honored but they looked like they were trying their best to get me unloaded and signed out.

Recommending all the drivers, never visit this place. Management is really good in wasting time. Waited all day long. Looks like, they do not want to do business anymore.

This place is terrible! Super slow. I am here not a first time and every time I have like that they keep you waiting for 5-7 hours to get loaded. I try to remember this place and won’t take this load next time.

Another company bought them out and they're in transition. Either way, its poorly run. Most people that work there are felons. Their lifts are dangerous and shouldn't be operated. Its probably why they've had way too many accidents in my short time there. I got more, but I'm done there and not worth any more of my time.

Driver arrived 12PM for a 2PM pickup. As of 4PM they hadn't opened his trailer doors to start loading and when we contacted them, they said they're running behind and will load him in the next 2 hours. Then at 6 PM they said product will be ready after 10PM. We cancelled the load as we had to deliver 300 miles away at 1AM (3AM the latest, per broker) and we didn't want to be stuck with the load on a Friday.
I don't know if this is due to poor organization or simply stalling, but please be more transparent with your carriers and drivers, so we don't waste each other's time.

Ive been here several times over the past few months. Always an in and out job compared to most cold storage where you sit 5-8hrs. Todays pick up was 1600 appt arrived at 1530 done by 1800.600 cases of poultry. Ive taken a 10 on lot before not sure if rules changed just ask beforehand.not very busy place. Staff have always been friendly to me. Dock workers dont secure load which is fine.some places dont know how to secure properly so id rather do it. Good place for my backhauls.

Had a 6am appointment, they don't open till 6am. Got me in door immediately and started unloading me within 30 min. Haven't got bills yet but so far so good. They do not have guard or gate but signs notify to leave property as soon as loading/unloading complete.
