Chambersburg Taxi

They use to come on time but latley they come late they say one price and then once u at destination the fair is more then what was said.

My driver was excellent. He had a great customer appeal and his car was very clean. I will use this service again!

Wish I could give them negative stars. Called for a 2 mile ride to work 36 minutes before my shift and no one ever showed up. When I called back, no one would answer.

I dont know who my driver was, but he was prompt and polite. Friendly and engaging in conversation. Im sorry they have some bad reviews sometimes, but at least today, for me, they were on point. Got to my dentist in time!

Love this cab company best around there more then just a ride in a taxi they help you carry ur bags in ur home and other stuff as well very reliable and dependable u dont know what ur missing if u aint tried this taxi service yet.

They where unprofessional when arriving to pick me up. It was an unmarked vehicle with two men claiming to both work there. I am a woman and I refuse to ride with two men by myself 9pm at night
Dispatch was polite and offered a woman driver but after waiting over an hour, no thanks. I’m not one who likes bad reviews but I needed to share this.

Not better than uber. Called at 12: 42 am. Gave location and destination and was given a 20 minute ETA. Called back after waiting an hour. He said he didnt know about it, he just got there an hour ago. 12: 45 shift change? Just trash anybody who calls around that time? Thanks a lot.
Don't give these guys tips for june and july. Hopefully the drivers will give that dispatcher a beating.

Mr. D was prompt in answering my call; knew the roadway and location; pleasant in manner and speaking. Dropped me off under a protected area to keep me from getting wet in the rain, had promptly answered another call and was on his way with a smile and a thank you. Prices reasonable. I will call Mr. D again. Thank you.

Worked 4 months for them got payed 2 times in 4 months always late picking up for work and appointments really bad

Hands down best service in the area. Better than Lyft or uber. Quick, friendly, and affordable. Cant say enough good things about this service!

This is supposed to be a 24/7 taxis service is it not, yet the lady refused to pick me up and take me anywhere because it was "too late" on top of that she was rude!

Called at 5: 30, it’s 6: 45 now, no car and no answer on the phone. Find another field of work, you’re an extreme failure at what you do. Clown.

This is a wonderful cab company and they are so friendly and affordable please if u need a taxi call them they will get u there and u can call and request if u need them for a different day at a certain time they set it up for u.

They are amazing company and I am so grateful they are in this area. Now moms can get to and from work.

Drivers are friendly and courteous. Be prepared to share the cab with others even if you pay full price. I asked for receipts and have not yet received them despite promises. I think after they work out their procedures they will be a top notch cab company.

My dog got really sick about 1am on a Friday. I don't have a car and needed to get him to the ER Vet in Haggerstown. I live in Chambersburg, I found this cab company online. He actually answered at 1 AM I explained my problem and told him my dog is going to die. The dog ate poison. He said I wont let that happen. Showed up 15 minutes later in an suv didnt worry about his leather interior of the car. Put up with my dumb drunk friend, waited an hour as I was in the vet. I am very grateful if it wasn't for him my dog most likely would have died.
