They did a good job installing it, was very upset they told me one price and when it was done it was 600 dollars more. Will not go back there again.

Champion Volvo service went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The parts department ordered exactly what we wanted, Tim in service made sure we were crystal clear on what the entire process required. The service technician took the time to fully explain how our new trailer hitch would be attached and how to operate it. We cannot be more satisfied with the entire process. We purchased our car at Champion Volvo and bring it (168 miles drive) there for service. We highly recommend this dealership.

I'm from Ohio and was in the Erie area, when my car broke down. I was able to get it to Champion Ford and they had it diagnosed and let me know what was going on by the following day. While the part was going to take about five days to come in, they had it installed and my car ready to go the day they got the part. Truly great service and came in clutch when we were 100+ miles from home, definitely made a stressful situation, less so. They even had rental car service on site and we were able to rent a car to get back home that evening. Thanks for the quality experience!

What makes this dealership is they have patients and they are polite, what ever the issue may be they are right on it. The mechanics will also take the time and speak with you about any questions you may have concerning issues. They take good care of my Ford truck.

$717.00 to replace a oxygen sensor is ridiculous. Labor charge of $400.00, Robbery with out a mask. Lost me for good as a buyer.

Champion did an excellent job handling my warranty repair even though buy my vehicle from them. They worked hard to timely procure the parts and the repair has addressed the issue.

The last vehicle I bought here was years ago. It was a 2003 Ford Ranger. They had to fix a window that came off track. While in there position they backed into something bending the tail pipe up into the bed of the stepside. Damaging the fiberglass and paint. When I reported it they exclaimed I had no proof they did it. Though, they also never noted any damages in the mechanic notes. I was beyond disappointed and refuse to do business with champion anymore.

I bought a new Transit Wagon and I am extremely pleased with the price of the vehicle and the attention to my needs. I want to thank Scott, Mark and everyone at Champion Ford Erie for making it a SMOOTH buying experience.

Dec. 2021 service: good price and good work but 2 1/2 hours for oil/filter change and state inspection was a bit long.
