Large portions, reasonable prices, and the shrimp lo mein is delicious! Best chinese food in this area.

Very Rude! Only thing good was egg roll. The broccoli in the Shrimp with garlic sauce tasted old.
The lady didnt even say Thank you after I spent $50.

Mostly consistent, very quick, inexpensive, and definitely tasty. They are always very kind and they always have our order ready within a couple minutes. My husband always orders the General Tso's chicken, but I've had a few different dishes and they've all been good. We eat here roughly once a month.

I ordered sesame chicken lunch special and I show the lady the picture of what I wanted. In that said picture was some good looking chicken served with pork fried rice, but when I finally got to open my meal it was served with some nasty rice no meat or vegetables in it at all, just straight rice and soy sauce I won't be going back

I ordered kung pao shrimp with steamed white rice. The white rice that they gave was mushy, slimy and smelly. There's no way they didn't know it was bad. Unfortunately I didn't check my food until I got to work. I wasn't able to come back the same day because I was working. I called and their customer service is horrible. When I told her about the rice, the first words out of her mouth were no one else complained. I wasn't able to come back because I don't live or work in the area. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Customer service is terrible, when anyone walks in and approach the counter they should be welcome. You get welcomed with stares until you say something first. I had good food from here in the past. The only reason I’m giving it one star is because I had egg drop soup a few weeks ago before closing time from here that made me very sick. We was stuck in line at a different restaurant across the street and made it just in time to pick up our order, the egg drop soup was dark in color but it’s usually like that from here. After eating only that I was sick for 2-3 days. In and out of the restroom due to this soup. I believe this restaurant provided us with old food that was just reheated up multiple times no matter how old it was getting. I would have more respect if they told us they was out instead of giving us old food just to make a Sale.

This was our first time ordering Chan An Restaurant. The food was excellent, everything tasted extremely fresh (which is not how I would normally describe Chinese Cuisine). The food is extremely flavorful, we ordered orange chicken and rice that my wife loved, my kids ate chicken friend rice with chicken and vegetables and cleared their plates and asked for seconds. I other foods which was mild heat and the flavor was fantastic. And the potstickers were to die for! If I could give this more than five stars I would! Will definitely recommend and order again!

I use to love coming to this place for years, the food I got today was unacceptable, will not be going back

Chinese food, mmm, very satisfying. Went there on a Saturday. The service was very welcoming and sociable.

This is by far the best Chinese place I have been to in Pittsburgh. Lots of options and the food is made fresh in front of you. I have some food sensitivities and usually get very bloated and sick feeling after eating most Chinese food, but I do not get sick from here. This is also a very convienent location with ample free parking. During normal times, you can eat inside or order to go. They have some decent lunch and dinner deals. I was particularly impressed with their current COVID19 precautions as they have the entire order area plexi-glassed off and even made a contraption with a plexi-glass doggy door type thing to give the food to people while keeping both sides protected. Also, all employees were wearing masks and customers are required to wear masks. The one downside here is that most of the employees don't have the best English skills which has led to some difficulty ordering or minor mix-ups, but they have good customer service and will correct anything mixed up. Overall, I highly recommend this resaurant!
