Our second stay and as always exceeded expectations! Luxury room and amenities, cozy bed and wonderful linens. Wonderful neighborhood for a run or walk and close to hiking and other recreation! Breakfasts are gourmet prepared and served. Pat and Tom are hosts in every way

We attended a craft show here. Stunning place! The rooms were gorgeous, the kitchen to die for and the owner as well as her daughter, graciously spent time talking about the B&B.

This was the best Bed & Breakfast we’ve ever stayed in. The room was exceptional, unique, comfortable and carefully decorated with such attention to detail! Breakfast was delicious and included a nice variety. We enjoyed talking with the hosts and asking questions about the property. We’d love to stay there again!

What a pleasant surprise! We were attending a funeral and the Chapel Valley B and B was recommended. We stayed in The Carriage Room which had a full living room and full kitchen 1 1/2 baths and was so cute! Pat and Tom have thought of everything in your room. Pat is a gourmet chef- (not officially) but the breakfasts were amazing- plus they are the most delightful and warm hosts!
The property is impeccable and seasonally decorated which added to the experience!
If you need to stay in this general area- this is your place to go!

We had a wonderful stay. Tom and Pat were super kind and helpful and made the most incredible breakfasts. They even accommodated our allergies which we really appreciated. Both the cottage loft and gable room were gorgeously decorated. There were a variety of snacks and drinks available which we enjoyed. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

What a great place to stay! The room was exactly as it looked in the online pictures. Clean and tidy with a very comfortable mattress. The breakfasts were delicious, and both Pat and Tom made us feel right at home in the kitchen/dining area. The house and property are beautiful. If we lived closer, we definitely would have considered it for a wedding venue for our kids' weddings. There are plenty of activities nearby, and good restaurants in some of the nearby towns. My wife and I had an excellent overall experience!

What a delightful place to spend the weekend! I already miss the ambiance and the delicious breakfasts. Pat and Tom are such perfect hosts, always helpful and so kind. It was the perfect little weekend getaway for our girls trip! I’m coming back and bringing the kids next time.:)

Such a wonderful place to stay - meticulously clean, lovely grounds, comfortable bed and linens, warm conversation and delicious fresh breakfast. We stayed here over the weekend while my husband had an event at Pitt Race and Pat was kind enough to make us grab and go breakfasts when we had to leave at 6am. So many thoughtful touches, I highly recommend a stay here.

Pat and Tom are exceptional hosts. Genuinely kind and hospitable, easy to talk to and gracious. Beautiful amenities and grounds, and an outstanding breakfast. You’ll feel like you’re in the quiet countryside (and technically you are) but it’s very close to everywhere you’ll need to be during your visit. Do not look anywhere else for your B&B needs.

Had my niece's bridal shower here. Very cute venue with plenty of parking and bathrooms.

We had such an amazing time here. We spent the whole weekend here and had a blast. Our wedding was awesome and Pat and Tom made sure our stay was the best it could ever be. We had friends coming from all over the globe and they told me it was the best time they have had at a wedding. Thank you so much for all your help and all your effort that was put into making our special day one we will never forget!

This was an AMAZING place to stay. The owners are great and the food was the best! Overall if you are looking for a venue for a great party/wedding or just a nice quiet stay this is the spot hands down.

I hosted a bridal shower in the carriage house event room. It was absolutely perfect!
Pat and Tom were great to work with. The event room is nice, and has a beautiful, large patio. There is a kitchen area that we used to heat up some food.
I would definitely recommend holding an event here, they offer a competitive price as well.

Tom and Pat were awesome! They accommodated an early check in for us so we could get ready for our daughters wedding reception in the area. The house and rooms are just beautiful but nothing could beat that awesome breakfast! They are the kindest and most understanding couple. Breakfast conversations was great as well!

Hands down way more than expected! The hospitality, details, cleanliness, comfort, location and gourmet style breakfast were spectacular! You won't find a better place in the area with kinder hosts! The hand made Tin ceiling was really lovely!

Chapel Valley Estate provided the best meeting space for our group of 40. In addition to the large meeting space, Tom and Pat opened up their inn to allow our group to use other common areas for breakout sessions. The home's beautiful interior reflects the quality of service as well. Pat and her team prepared extraordinary meals with no detail missed. Thanks again!
