My Edge was not shifting right, Chapman in Columbia, did the diagnosis, and replace my turbo booster ahead of schedule and under the estimated cost, and believe me, I put it through a good road test, worked great, with a 2 year warranty on parts and labor, thanks Chapman and Brandon, Mark N.
I totally recommend Chapman Ford! I have bought 2 cars now from this dealership and have been nothing BUT satisfied with my experience. They have taken care of me, I have gone here for all my oil changes and maintenance with my first vehicle before it was totaled. Totally recommend these guys to anybody! I also would like to shout out Denise and Tony, and Brantley. They made the whole process so smooth with having to purchase a new vehicle. Denise was so nice and understanding, even continued to reach out to us to check on things! Tony is such an amazing guy to work with when purchasing a vehicle, he went above and beyond to make sure I could purchase a vehicle within my budget which he did not have to do! Brantley was excellent with going over the paperwork and explaining everything and answering all the questions we had! Everyone at Chapman Ford is amazing! I appreciate everyone at Chapman for all their hard work!
Went in to look for a car for my daughter. They had a car listed on their website. Nowhere on the website did it indicate the car was not local. They advise me when I got there that the car was actually located in New Jersey and offered to give me directions to their dealership three hours away. Didn’t offer to transfer the car to Lancaster. The salesman also Was kind of rude when I mentioned that my daughter was looking for a sedan rather than a hatchback because that’s what she prefers. When I said that he asked “is she paying for the car? ” Really that is not relevant if I’m telling you I’m looking for a certain kind of car for my child and I am paying the bill. You should just smile and tell me what else you have in stock that might be suitable. Ended up having a car transferred from Tennessee to Carmax in Lancaster and picked it up yesterday- seamless pleasant experience there from start to finish. Chapman really needs to work on their customer service skills and realize that women are capable of buying cars without their husbands and get their organization onboard with the digital age.
I found the perfect vehicle! Then when I met Denise, Tony and everyone there I felt so comfortable. I'm glad I found this Columbia Chapman Ford.
The cabin / pollin filter was replaced and now the air condishner blower is louder, please explain.

Wendell was an excellent salesman who worked with me the whole time! Brantley was excellent when it came to all the financial things! I made a mistake on my appointment time. When I looked on my calendar, I didn't open it the hole way. Saw the 10 and thought my time was 10: 00, instead it was 10: 30. We had scheduled another appointment the day before at 11: 30 and it wasn't on the calendar. We had another errand to run and arrive at 9: 30 to find out We were an hour early. The service department told us to relax, and they would work to get us out on time. The maintenance would take an hour. If they ran into a problem they would let us know. At 11: 00 they came out and said it was done. My husband was even able to watch video, and could see everything was done, no skipped corners. We made it to our appointment on time. Thanks to the entire service department for helping us out.

I honestly don’t know where to start, the communication & hospitality I received at this dealership was beyond words, I want to give a special shout-out to David B, Keith K, Tony H. & Bedelia A. These wonderful people were apart of my experience getting my dream car, the honesty, the smooth transaction, the customer service, the list just goes on but it couldn’t of made me any happier aside from getting the vehicle I’ve always wanted & I also want to point out I am a first time customer at this dealership & definitely won’t be the last, it was my first time there, it was a 2 hour drive the vibe they just give people here makes it seem like you’ve been there many many times & it will NOT be my last. The service team at Chapman Ford of Columbia is fantastic! We had a major issue right before leaving for vacation and they did everything they could to resolve it. They were so helpful and accommodating and had our Explorer ready to go in time for us to leave, as planned. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and the service team.
