19Rude employees. Dirty office and gross shuttle vans for transportation to and from airport. They make you wait up to 30-35 minutes for pickup. Often times you need to call twice and speak to the rude employee answering the phone. Ticket says you can text when you need picked up, but that doesn’t work. Rude employee said “that’s an automated service number, how do you expect it to receive a text”? They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by starting your car up and letting it run to either warm it up or cool it off for you. Meanwhile it’s been running/idling for 35 minutes at times. No thank you, I’m returning to The Parking Spot.
Awesome experience with Charlie Brown's Parking. If you text them your claim check # after you get your luggage your car is running and ready for you when you get back. Remember to reserve your spot ahead of time! Saves so much time. We used to park across the street; well that's over for sure! Thank you Charlie Brown's!
We have been utilizing Charlie Brown's Airport Parking services for many years.
Our car is always safely parked, comes home damage-free/no dinged doors or scratches, and we will never again need to worry about digging it out after being plowed in by the airport's personnel.
It's warmed up and waiting nearby for us when we get off of the shuttle, the shuttles come in a timely manner, and the prices are comparable to extended long-term airport parking.
The staff are friendly, and efficient, the shuttles are clean, and the drivers safe.
Highly recommend!

I have been using CB for many years. My experience last night ended me ever spending another penny there! Counter personnel were so rude. All of them! I have never lost my claim ticket but on this trip I did. When I called for my pickup the guy on the phone yelled at me. Said he doesn’t know me. He can’t just give me the car without a claim ticket! I said I have my ID, my owners card is in the glove box what’s the big deal. He proceeded to be rude & disrespectful. Then mumbled door 8 & hung up on me! 20 minutes later no pickup. I called again. The guy hung up on me. Called back they answered the phone saying Applebee’s can I take your order! My hubby called & it went straight to voicemail. Now it’s 45 minutes since my first call! I called again. She said there have been 3 drivers at the airport. I said no there hasn’t. She called me a liar! Finally they came. Driver was friendly. I went inside to talk to the first person that took my call. He was hiding on the floor behind the counter. The lady there was was smirking at me & could of cared less. Never got my receipt emailed to me. These people have no business working in customer service. They are ignorant, don’t know the meaning of respect. They all should be flipping burgers at McDonalds! But they aren’t educated to even handle THAT job!
I will definitely use this again in the future. They shuttle you to and from the airport and have your car ready to go when you arrive back.
Great service! They even mailed a Christmas card I left behind! Very friendly and well mannered drivers too!
I parked my brand new vehicle here, believing it to be safer than in the self-park lots at the airport. At this lot, the attendants provide full valet. My driver-side door was returned to me with a large dent from another car door. The only way this could have happened was from a lot attendant. Charlie Brown parking is out of the way from the airport and not much less expensive than self-park in extended parking at the airport. The perception of additional security for your vehicle is false, as they completely indemnify themselves from any damage. NOT worth the extra time of getting on a shuttle and driving 10 miles out of the way. Just park at the airport and take the same chances.

Okay, I tried to confirm a reservation. I was ousted. Really? Not trying to book a reservation at my go to place for over 20 years. Ya'll need to think about your tried and true clients before you oust us?
So dependable. Car is either warm or cold when u arrive back in town. I've used them for 15 years.
Waiting 15 minutes and still waiting along with 5 others will not park there again they need more help mop
I have to tell you the morning we checked in was awful. There was a gentleman running the counter who I can only describe as a lunatic. He was yelling and screaming at everyone who got on our shuttle. When I say screaming I mean screaming. I am not talking about just poor customer service. He was like a maniac because someone had called off or short staffed (I can’t recall what he yelled). I have honestly have never experienced anything like it. I am a frequent Parker at CB but it was so awful I do not know if I will return. I am not exaggerating or being dramatic, his behavior was so unwarranted I was actually a little frightened
Since CB did not respond to my email, I thought I would post it here.
BEWARE! This people or whoever working behind parking cars, they been stealing your stuff inside from you car. And there is no customer security. They just don’t believe that been stolen. I was customer from them long time. No no more

Do not use this service. The managers are ridiculous and will not accept responsibility when they damage your vehicle. Totally not worth it. My friend needed to replace two tires and rims after leaving his car with them.
Really good service to use when you are leaving your car behind for a flight. You just leave them your keys, and I think it's like $10/day. We left my car there for about 8 days, when we came back they had the car already running for us. Good and convenient after a long flight back.
Prices, service and experience were great. Door #8 on return and good customer service. Drivers were both very nice and helpful.
