This was my first time coming to this salon and I had a lovely experience. Everyone was friendly and Marissa was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. She helped me pick out a few products and I left feeling great about my haircut and style. Thank you!

Grace is PHENOMENAL! I am a blonde, and I’m extremelyyyyyyy picky on who colors my hair because I like very specific tones and for it to look natural. Therese is the best! Not only does she have a kind heart, her skills as a stylist/colorist are beyond compare.

First time customer looking to change things up. Very disappointed. Requirements were for coverage of my gray and low maintenance cut. After an extensive conversation with my stylist I decided to proceed with full bayalage. I was told I would be able to space out my appointments 4-5 months which was a huge selling point for me. Within the first three weeks my family began to point out how gray my hair looked and they were correct. I could not beleive my eyes. $272 dollars later and I looked just as gray 3 weeks later as I did when I walked in the door. I have never spent that much money on my hair but would be willing to do so if the end result was fantastic and it was not even close. I was so upset that I called the salon with my concerns and was quickly dismissed. Will not be going back.

I almost always ask for something different when I come in and Grace nails what I envision for my hair every time. She’s very knowledgeable and answers all my hair questions too. The salon is gorgeous and spotless. Terese listens and asks questions and she’s an expert at her craft! Charlotte Thomas Salon is such a beautiful salon inside & out. It’s right in the heart of Phoenixville which makes it such a great location if you wanted to go out after getting your hair done, which we usually do! Could not recommend more - I walked in feeling very insecure about my hair, and Ashley really listened to what I wanted and made me feel confident when I left! Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming.
