They were very sensitive to my situation with my sick pets more than once in my life when it was time for them to pass on to doggie heaven.

Took our healthy dog there for anxiety issues and he was prescribed Gabapentin that he had NEVER had before. When we took him back a few days later because of our concerns with some severe side affects he was having we received very rude treatment and our concerns that this medicine was the cause were just dismissed by Dr. LaSota. We were offered some additional expensive tests that we passed on because they would not have addressed our concerns with the medicine. He died suddenly 2 days later.

The doctors quick thinking saved my cat from dying. She was very sick actually in critical condition
His diagnosis and fast action to get her in to PVSEC hospital in Washington Pa for an immediate operation saved her life

I have been taking my animals here for years. Very nice staff and they listen to what you are saying. I really like Dr. Mendehall (sp).

Brought in my pet fancy rat and the staff was very nice and helpful. Sure enough she is much better now. Price was great as well. Extremely pleased!

Yesterday was our first visit to Chartiers Animal Hospital. My 6 year old Jack Russell seemed to be in some sort of pain, and very lethargic. I called late to schedule an appointment, and they got us in early, the very next day. My pup and I were both pretty apprehensive about the visit, but Dr. Mendenhall and staff were so very welcoming, and friendly. From the front end receptionist, to all the techs we met, and Dr. Mendenhall, especially. She treated my dog like he was her own. Very comforting, and they had my pup diagnosed, treated, and we're in and out, all in under an hour! We received top notch care, and Jaxson and I have certainly found our new veterinarian. Thank you all, at the Chartiers Animal Hospital, we most definitely appreciate it! A wonderful experience, and my dog is already feeling better!

I highly recommend taking your pet here. I wouldn't trust anyone else. The dr's are outstanding and the staff is excellent. They treat my cats like their own. I have sent many friends here and they are always happy they went.

My kitty is a problem child and taking her to the Veterinarian has always been traumatic for both of us. The staff is excellent, patient, and kind. Dr. LaSoto is great and made a point of telling me not to apologize for my cat’s unruly behavior. I highly recommend taking your pet here.

I have been to other vet hospitals, but Chartiers is by far the best in my opinion. Dr. Mendenhall is very knowledgeable and caring. Now that my 3 pugs are aging, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wasn't impressive so far but it was our first visit hopefully on our next visit I'll have something more concrete to add

I cannot find enough words to express my gratitude with the exceptional caring staff at Chartiers Animal Hospital. The love of my life my 15 year old cat Isabella is doing a fabulous job dealing with a totally unexpected diagnosis. (And I am doing ever so much better too). Dr. Mendenhall and the vet techs there are great with my husky puppy. She is very knowledgeable and caring.

Hands down the best vet in the area. They've always made time to see our dog, even when everyone else is booked two weeks out. The entire staff is very caring, and concerned with our dog's well being. I cant recommend this place enough as they've saved me twice from awful Banfield appointments. The vets and techs are quick to drop to the floor to talk with my dog, and be comforting, which is an amazing quality. It's pretty clear they love animals here.

We have been taking our pets to Chartiers Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They are extremely compassionate and very careful with our little fur babies. They go the extra mile to assure our pets are safe every step of the way. Thank you CAH for jobs well done!

Great service and comforting staff! …. I brought my dog there after it was attacked. The staff was very helpful, and comforting not only to my beloved pet, but to me as well. They really went the extra mile and I highly recommend them.

Overnight, my cats eye swelled shut. I called around to see what vet could get him in the quickest. The only other place i could find was Going to charge me a $120 emergency fee. This place got him right in. Also, the vet tech was fantastic.

Dr. Lasota is great with my cat with IBS. He has been helping him for years now and my cat is very healthy. But I still miss Riffle and Sembrats experience they took great care of my cat rocky when he went into kidney failure. Dr. Riffle even wrote me a note to comfort me because I was scared my cat suffered in the end.
