Highly responsive customer service. And beautiful planter. The large ribbon detracted from the living plants and fresh cut flowers, but other than the ribbon, it looked perfect. Would choose Schaefer again.

I called "Schaefers Flower Shop" to order an arrangement of flowers along with a nice vase. Ben told me he would locate one and send photos. He never did so I called 2 more times and asked for a returned call. It never came.
After this review was posted someone at "Schaefers" sent me an email after the flowers I wanted were already delivered from another florist. No one ever mentioned that a death was involved. I was told Ben was in another building and at the second call was out to lunch. After they sent me another email and told me they would once again call me (they didn't) I was sent an email the next day characterizing me as ignorant and unfair and not to use their business again. That goes without saying and is the rest of the story.

Our office ordered a greenery dish with added fresh flowers for a funeral service. They arrived on time and were beautiful. We were very grateful. Thank you!

Ben was beyond caring. Called right after placing order to double check the delivery date. Called a few days later to confirm some details. The arrangements for my mother’s funeral were beyond beautiful. Absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted.

My wife and I used Schaefer’s for our wedding at Hazelwood Weddings in November 2023. Our vision was simplistic on a smaller floral budget. The flowers were beautiful! McKenna was our point of contact and was very helpful and professional. She worked with us to nail down our vision. She communicated with other vendors to make sure our tables would look beautiful. The arch piece which doubled as part of our backdrop for our sweetheart table was breathtaking! McKenna and the team did an excellent job. We can’t recommend them enough! Placed order online for funeral flowers, owners texted me day of pick up and said they were closed for the holiday. (Online wasn’t showing it was a day off) Was very apologetic and came in on his day off, made a BEAUTIFUL planter instead of flowers. Appreciated his coming in and for the amazing job he did on the planter! Thank you Ben!

I am changing my previous review after getting a call from Manager Chris, we all have bad days and apparently this was one of them.
Me and my family have been buying flowers at this place for over 20 years with NO problems. I had an issue today that was resolved with good communication from management

I spoke to Heather who was just wonderful. I live in Baltimore, MD but needed to order flowers for my mother's birthday (she lives in York, PA) and realized it had completely slipped my mind the day before so when I called one of the local florists I use in Baltimore they referred this one in York. Heather was very friendly, helpful and my arrangement was ordered, made and delivered within hours and it was a Saturday too. My mother called to thank me and sent a photo of the flowers. Just beautiful! Tk you Heather and Chas A Schaefer florist. You did a wonderful job on all levels. Will definitely use you again if the need arises.
