Music was booming from the event venue until after I wanted to go to sleep.

Room was dirty and seemed to be painted by a team of sloppy high schoolers. I found a popsicle stick wedged in the corner of the floor. The bedding had tiny blood (?) stains on it reminiscent of someone being bit by bed bugs however I didn't find any other evidence of them. Bedding was definitely stained though. Pillows and towels were tiny; I'm a size 0 in women's pants and could barely wrap the largest towel around my body.

Front desk was manned by someone muttering to me behind plexiglass when I checked in and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times due to the loud music and his quiet murmurs. Nobody was around when I checked out; I called the listed number and was told to leave my key at the front desk.

Signage and parking wasn't clear but my car was safe overnight.

I wish I had paid another $20-50 for a nicer hotel.

Staff is friendly& location is near lots of restaurants/stores which is convenient. We go to this place because it's still cheaper than some other hotels. And we love the garden tub which is the highlight of the stay. It would be great & really wish there would be some complimentary ready made coffee in lobby area for the guests. And even a grab and go breakfast like muffins or something. If they ever do that, I'll give another star. Stuff like that people love& could help business

Do not, even if you are DESPERATE, book here. First of all my husband stood at the desk for 20 mins even after ringing the bell, a man cuts the corner and goes "Whoa! The door wasnt locked? " UHM WHAT? ! The room? We had previous tenants trash in our trash can, dog hair on the bed, dirty floors. The worst part is the entire room is 100% TILE. I understand there is a hot tub (that I'd never use because I've seen their cleaning skills at hand), but that's why you do a ring of tile around the tub, then the rest carpet. Don't even get me started on a wooden frame in our SHOWER. WOOD! Cheaply, painted WOOD. Our room constantly smelled like cigarettes or weed. Just do yourself a favor. DONT BOOK HERE. The bed was so bad, we debated sleeping in the hot tub with the sheets under us.

Did I really have to give the room any stars?
At check in the clerk was confused when we tried to give him our travel agents number.
Nice looking room, until you really looked. The tile floor in the main area seemed slippery in my shoes. My socks were much better, but I'll probably have to burn them when I get home. No soap in the room, 1 wash cloth for 2 full/queen beds and an empty toilet paper roll. The refrigerator leaked as well. At least the AC was working.
It was near Valley Forge and we found good restaurants near by.

This place is gross, smelled terrible, vomit or something on the bed, pull out couch was stained and floor was sticky. Very disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! KEEP DRIVING AND HEAD TO THE TRU HOTEL! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER HOTEL! MY TECHNICIAN WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE WATER AND THE MANAGER'S RESPONSE WAS "NO. UH. WATER WAS THERE AT 12". WHEN MY TECH TURNED THE KNOBS ON THE SINK NO WATER CAME OUT AND HE HAD TO USE A WATER BOTTLE TO BRUSH HIS TEETH THIS MORNING. WE HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT TRAINING WITH TRAINERS FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE. THE MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! GO TO THE TRU HOTEL AND PAY THE EXTRA MONEY! VERY DISAPPOINTED! NEVER AGAIN!

This place is adequate but do not look for any frills nor even for things you would normally expect in a hotel room. To be specific: the room is pretty bare. There's a bed, one bedside table with two drawers, and a shelf attached to the wall with a chair (this passes for a desk). There is one light, a glaring fluorescent fixture directly over the bed. There are no dressers (thus, nowhere to unpack your clothes), no proper desk, no other lights apart from the one, no carpeting (just faux hardwood with some kind of sticky film on it so when you walk it makes a crackling sound). The wifi password posted on the TV border was wrong so I couldn't connect to wifi, and I couldn't call the front desk to ask about it since the phone on the desk didn't work at all. The bathroom was clean, but it had only two very small towels and one wash-cloth for two of us to share. The bed was comfortable enough but there was just one very thin blanket. Fortunately we had some other blankets in our car so after we got those we were warm enough. This building is mainly a banquet hall, so we were serenaded by loud booming music until very late at night. Note that the fancy stairs/banister shown in this place's photo IS NOT PART OF THE HOTEL; it's the entrance to the banquet hall. The hotel is in the back/downstairs part of the building which has a separate entrance (way less fancy!) around the back.

Key cards that don't work, AC unit smelled of cigarette smoke when turned on, broken toilet that we were told to fix by laying towels around it, loud music all night from the banquet hall upstairs, dogs barking all the time, and the entire hotel smelled of marijuana.

Such a charm in the middle of the busy side of town.
Always a good place to call a second home.
