They have actually become my favorite fast food restaurant. Real burgers, great fries, and an interesting menu. Prices are in line for what you get. In fact, they're better than the more expensive burger chains in my opinion.

The show in the city while was exciting but my order was sub par due to the lack of whipped cream on my milkshake.

Waited in the drive through over 5 minutes and noone bothered to acknowledge I was there. I honked & said hello but still no response so I went somewhere else!

The service left a whole lot to be desired. I handed the cashier at the drive thru almost exact change. Example: my order came to 8.69 I handed her a 10 dollar bill and. 69 cents, in return she gave me 2.75.you do the math! The competency of their employees is a crying shame as to how this society lives and gets thru life. Kudos for having a job but school.their education should come 1st. Fries were soggy and the burgers which are normally delicious from Checkers were awful. Avoid this one location if you can.

Terrible service, they were out of lettuce, fish, coke soda, and ketchup, a lot of laughing and talking by employees as I waited as the 3rd car in line for 35 min (stuck!)

THE WROST PLACE EVER! I tryed to order food from this shame place twice and both times they accepted my order and ending never arriving in here! Both times because they closed while my uber driver was on his way to get my food! I ended completely disturbed and frustrated! Dont waste your time and energy with this place!

We love the chili cheese fries. My son loves the spicy chicken sandwiches. We appreciate their promotions and specials. Always good food at a good price to feed your family. I like the deserts. Awesome

Horrible. They charge you for cheese and dont put it on the sandwich. They charge you for water thats not cold. And the manager has been made aware. And still no changes

The drive through is one of the slowest I've been in and Customer service is almost non existent. Food was ok

Employee are rude. Went to the drive thru and they said they were closed. When they were clearly open and refused to take order. Went to another location they said that location was suppose to be open. Never returning again, I rather take the extra time to the other location then go there again.

I love checkers but this location is literally ran by school kids where’s the manager? ! They’re rude you have to wait around 30 40 mins if you order drive through with 2 or 3 cars in front of you. All they do it talk and mess around this isn’t a high school.get new older staff please.

Have been to this location several times over the past year, service is sketchy depending on the time you go. Seems they pay more attention to the drive through that the customer who walk up like myself. The food is standard fast food fare and will fill you up. All in all not a bad experience.

Very poor service. The eating area is very dirty and so is the pick up window area. This place really needs to be cleaned up.

Worst experience ever! Took 33 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 large fry.workers looked higher than a kite and worked in slow motion.they were also very rude. I could keep going but I'm just going to say AVOID THIS CHECKERS AND JUST GOTO MCDONALD'S!

Must be short staffed because the wait time was extremely long every time I go but the food was hot tho

Food was horrid. They charged me for bacon and when giving me refund said taxes weren't included. Of course I begged to differ. Will never go here again.

Ten minutes for a Milkshake and they came out with a Smoothie. Had to wait another couple of minutes for them to get it right and refund my money. Smh. I try to give Checkers a chance but their employee incompetence is on an all time high. Geesh.

Horrible customer service, slow to get ur food and ppl are just ignorant don't get it. I guess it's the neighborhood we live In

No work ethic, completely rude.

The drive through is serviced first then the customers that come out of their car and wait in line. The food is not properly given a lady received her Burger last day of a finger High pain through it by mistake she paid $7 for the burger and the Patty was smaller than the palm of her hand. There was a girl there with long braids hair who saw me waiting for my order and it look like it upset her she said someone to her co-worker when he had my bag in his hand and he just tossed it to the side. Five minutes later the lady who attended me said where is her food she has been waiting for a while because I had ordered like 15 minutes ago. So that particular worker walked over there to where the girl with the long braids was at started looking for my order look to the side so I bagged it was there to the corner, and it was my food. She went on to say here it is and looked at the guy that supposed to be handling the bags to the customers and said why did you put it there, and he said I don't know. But it was the lady cooking the meals with the long braids that was very rude, unprofessional didn't care about her orders. We buy food outside because we're out shopping and have no time to cook. It doesn't mean we're privileged by eating out. They seem to be angry in there as it were bothering them, but the same way they're working, is the exact same matter we also work hard. They should take into consideration that we are workers just like them and not treat us like they're doing us a favor because we want to be served with our own money.
