Chen's House, Lebanon PA

Easily one of the best Chinese food in the Lebanon PA area. My family and I tried them for the first time yesterday after a recommendation from a friend. For my husband and I's food, I requested that it was made spicy and what we got was excellent- nothing too extremely hot but a really nice flavor with a good level of heat. No other place we've tried has matched that. We will definitely be ordering from them again!:)

I love there food.but lately there service has been off.this is the second time I was shorted food. I order 2 beef on the stick and only recieved 1. I'm not sure if I'm gonna order from them again. I want a refund on my 2nd beef on the stick.

We were staying at the Downtown Lebanon, PA and ate here as our nice evening out. Great food and friendly staff. It loses a star for having TVs on the wall. Very distracting and brings down the tone of a nice restaurant.

My order was the most disgusting ever. The rice was not done all the way and instead of having that yellow look it had a white look and the flavor was horrible. I will never order from them again!

Ordered from here for the first time for delivery through their website. The food was hot, tasty, and the portion size was great! Will order from here again!

Been waiting on food for over an hour and can't even get through to them cause they have their phone off the hook

We all enjoyed the food there.the place doesn't look that great, but the food is what your there for and it was pretty good.the place was clean.no complaints here:)

When a place that you order from regularly begins to lie to you in order to make an extra buck no, it's not okay. They used to have free delivery within 3 miles of your order was over $10, although that's what they advertised they used to charge a $2 delivery fee and even though I was within the three miles I never complained and usually gave more than that anyway. You have the option of ordering through them or through the online service. However if you used the online service there was a 499 delivery charge a $2 delivery fee of $1 convenience fee and some other that they would tack onto the bill basically by the time you got your food to your house you paid for another meal. Now all of the sudden ordering from the same address that I've been ordering from now all the sudden every single time I call no matter what time of day it's the same excuse oh we don't have a driver right now but you can use our online service I literally have physical receipts from within the last month showing a $2 delivery fee and that they did deliver to my house directly from Chen's house. And yet ordering from the same address they try to tell me now or I don't know what you're talkin about that never happened we've always used our online service and you had to pay that much. I will agree that they do have the best Chinese food in Lebanon. But when you begin to lie to a customer in order to make a buck I no longer want your service I'll never order from Chen's house again since the last 12 calls at different times of the day they lie to me telling me all I don't have a driver right now forcing me to use the online service so they can make an extra few bucks.

Food was very hot and good, I will be ordering in the future. I always say you can tell if a place food is good by the chicken, and I was right.
