Where to start? Route 6, Casey Highway.

An absolute mess that should not be going the way that it is. First, your crews are honestly just as unprofessional as the rest. Nearly walking into traffic on a highway outside of the designated work zones. Ah, the work zones, at this rate, why not close the highway. Then you'll have all the room you'll need seeing as it basically extends half way into the drive lane. While on the topic of the work zone, close off a mile stretch of road to not do ANY work. Then move it somewhere else to do SOME work, and then move it again for no reason? Did we use a dart board and just throw darts to decide where to close off this week? This has got to be a rate job, seeing as this is going on TWO YEARS. Milk the job for all its worth. This is why contractors from other states need to be given contracts. I've seen companies from NJ and NY do better work, only to never be seen again. Going the way of Kriger is not a great look.

Edit to response: Then perhaps a bit of thought should be put into who you sub for. Shared blame across all parties involved.
