Chester County Dentistry for Children - West Chester

We love this dentist. The staff is great, very friendly and so patient with kids. We never have to wait long which is almost a shame is their waiting room is so entertaining.
It's also easy to get an appointment.

Great experience. We arrived early and they took her in early. It was a quick visit. They recommended a procedure but did not push it. Offered an alternative solution in the interim. Nice, professional staff.

We have been going to CCDFC for many years and have recommended it to several friends in the area. Everyone at the practice is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Plus, you can’t beat the entertainment in the waiting room!

My daughter has special needs, hates the dentist, and is not able to understand what is going on. The hygienist and dentist were great with her! Patient, kind, and efficient with a very uncooperative patient!

My 5yo had a cavity and they were able to fit him in even though he is a patient at another dentist who is away on vacation. We are switching to this practice with all 4 of our kids now. The hygienist was fantastic. Very caring amazing with kids my son laughed the entire time. He was nervous but she was great with kids. The dentist was great as well. Definitely recommend!

My son absolutely loves it here. They really make it such an enjoyable experience for him.

The west Chester office is always so welcoming and makes my son feel comfortable from the time we walk through the door till the time we leave.

I was very happy with this office. We just switched from a different office and the ladies in the office were so helpful and made the process very easy. My son is not a fan of the dentist but he loves this office. They were so patience with him. I would highly recommend.

The hygentists have always been very good with my 3 year old. The arcade gets him excited to go everytime. Highly recommend. In and out in a jiff

We have always had a great experience here. Easy to get appointments, they explain the insurance well, they treat the kids with care.

Def a contrast in between visits my first visit was fabulous they were patient and kind with my 9 yr old high anxiety child but inpatient with my 5 (the hygienist for both) dentist is amazing with both children very kind and gentle. I did pay out of pocket for both experiences my first child got tooth removed for 120ish but my 5 year old had a cleaning, fluoride and xrays and the bill was 513 that just seamed excessive. Maybe you pay for the environmental cleanliness and the toy after the exam but honestly it’s still pricey vs competitors. So I am not sure on the rating … there are both pros and cons about this experience. I will say the Dentist is by far the best part of this experience.

This was our first time visiting, and we were greeted with a big smile. We were made to feel very welcome. Dr. Heather was awesome! The dental hygienist did a great job as well. The only room for opportunity would be for the dental hygienist to have introduced herself.

Great experience! My 5 month old had a lip tie & they tasered it! My son was upset as he should be but they were so comforting and warm in making him happy again. Would recommended this dentist for little kids:)

We LOVE Dr Heather and we never have to wait at the west Chester office. They take great care of us!
