Chester County Family Dentistry: Drs. Montgomery & Dunn, West Chester PA

Went for my quarterly visit with Dr. Montgomery. The visit went extremely well as usual. I'm always relaxed and comfortable thru all my procedures. Keep up the great work.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist- this is the best group of people! Thanks to Dr Dave, Dr Ryan and their team for creating a welcoming and safe environment during this pandemic!

Just moved to the area and we are so glad we found this Dentist office. Everyone was so kind and helpful. What an amazing office. Pam at the front desk made my son feel so welcome and she was so helpful setting up his appointment. Pam was great. He had Wendy clean his teeth and she was fantastic such a great hygienist. She was gentle unlike his former hygienist. Corinne her asst was great. My son saw Dr. Ryan and he was wonderful he was kind and made my son feel comfortable at the dentist. Becky was fantastic she was helpful and kind. The whole office goes beyond what they should I am so impressed and so amazed. They have a family atmosphere there and really make you feel like you are apart of their family. They deserve more then 5 stars

Dr Dave and his staff are terrific. Friendly, talented and totally up to date in Covid-19 Infection control measures. I felt very safe and comfortable.

The staff at CCFD was very professional from the front desk to the hygienist and the assistant to the Dentist and the check out staff. I appreciated their attitude and dedication to their jobs.

I have been going to CCFD since I was a kid, as has my whole family. Dr. Dave, Dr. Ryan, and the whole team are the sweetest people I have ever met and have always taken great care of my teeth.

I have been a patient in this office for over 20 years. I am pleased that the quality of the treatment and the excellent customer service remains top notch.

All staff members are warm and witty people. They greet you by name and remember the details of life that you shared with them. It feels good to come to this practice. They also do great dental work. And they do a great job with kids: my son started timing his brushing after they showed him how plaque builds up.

My family has been coming to this practice for 28 years. Yesterday was another excellent experience.

I absolutely LOVE coming here for my dental work! The ENTIRE staff is so friendly, funny and accommodating. It is obvious that the comfort of their patients is a top priority. I have also appreciated the flexibility that they have offered me as I am forever moving my appointments around due to my challenging work schedule! THANK YOU!

Amazing experience. They were so accommodating with my veneer emergency. They worked me into their schedule and had my front tooth back on in 30 minutes.and it was a Friday! Love them.

Dr. Dunn performed LASER WHITENING on me yesterday. My teeth are very sensitive and I was a little nervous at first. Dr. Dunn and Becky were very comforting in the process. It didn't hurt at all and the results were amazing! 10/10 definitely recommend! Thank you Chester County Family Dentistry for an awesome experience!

Drs. Dave and Ryan are the very best! We've been patients there for many years and you absolutely won't find a better place to go! They go above and beyond for their patients!

They were able to fit me in on short notice and get my temporary crown put back in. Huge lifesaver while I was in West Chester from out of town. Thanks!

I went in to see the dentist yesterday bc I woke up w/a dental emergency & was in extreme discomfort. Dr. Montgomery saw me yesterday & after the X-rays told me that I need to get 2 teeth extracted however, he doesn’t do extractions! I saw Dr. Dunn a few months ago for extractions & while he was very personable & did an ok job on the extractions I ended up w/a VERY sore post op area & a very bad infection! To sum this up bc Dr. Montgomery feels as though he shouldn’t do extractions and bc Dr. Dunn wasn’t available it was recommended to me to go & see an oral surgeon to get the bad, infected teeth removed. There is zero reason to send someone to an oral surgeon who doesn’t require light anesthesia for teeth removal and on top of that there is an added expense to see a specialist! I was left crying uncontrollably with severe pain, no real options given and I was told by Dr. Montgomery that he doesn’t know how to help me! Umm? How about you do extractions that are simple and needed! That’s a start! I ended up going to a far superior dentist closer to home who completed my extractions flawlessly & now I am a patient of that office along w/my entire of office! I also don’t care for Dr. Montgomery’s bedside manner. I had him once before yesterday & he was a bit brash.

Great with kids! My daughter actually likes going to the dentist! I wouldn't go anywhere else, I always receive top notch care and service from the entire staff. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Chester County Family Dentistry is a fantastic office! Everyone at the office is kind, down to earth and takes their time with each one of our family members. My family and I have been going to this office for around 8 years now and they feel like a second family to us. We trust their opinions and have zero anxieties when we go for our visits. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
