6I had the best experience calling this location thanks to Brittany. She was so patient and professional with me. She explained everything so I understood 100% I’ve never had a better customer service experience Brittany is amazing.
Mrs. Rita was very kind, considerate, and loving. She made me feel safe and at ease. I came in very nervous and she made sure I was as comfortable as possible for my study. I came in nervous and walked out relaxed and happy. Spoke with Mrs. Brittany to get my appointments scheduled and she was also very helpful and considerate. I had a glitch in my insurance and Mrs. Brittany took care of it and got me right in the next day. I am grateful for the wonderful help from these ladies. This is a great place and it is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you all for such a great experience.
I would avoid.came here for a brain MRI.the people behind the desk were not able to send the results to my neurologist.the neurologist asked if they could give me a CD of my results.when I called, they told me they don't give CDs.they use a medical record company that I've never heard of and who can't send info via major health records.my neurologist said that's very unusual.she wasn't able to read the results of the study because the image quality was very poor. I paid $200 to go here and have to get another MRI now at a different health system.super disappointed.
Chestnut Hill Open MRI is a good option imaging procedure if a closed MRI is too claustrophobia (Think buried alive) inducing an option.
The staff is very professional and friendly. Tiffany scheduled my appointment, and Monisa, the radiologist, was efficient and reassuring.
Definitely recommend for an open environment imaging option.
