STAY AWAY. Disgusted in this place. The amount of money your asking from tenants being on the “list” until you build the apartment is absurd. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Over 50,000 dollars you have people paying before they are even moved into their place? It’s been how many years of construction and taking peoples money yet no one is moved in? Talk about taking advantage of others. You don’t even deserve a 1 star.
