14We worked with Chestnut Ridge and Amy Workman for our wedding in December of 2022. I cannot say enough good things about Chestnut Ridge. Amy is absolutely amazing and ensured our day went off without a hitch, she is the real MVP of our big day. This is really your one stop shop for ceremony and reception venue and there's a hotel right next door! For brides who are looking to have a lot of things included in one package (food, beverage, chairs, tables, cutlery, linens, etc), this is the one! The ballroom is absolutely gorgeous and you can't beat the view! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
This place is awesome. It has a bar from New York with the original bullet holes in it I seen it I should have took a picture. This place is cool. Reminds me of Scarface for some reason.
This was a great venue for a wedding! Had delicious food and service and the view was amazing!
Rooms were kind of old looking compared to everything else but kept neat. Staff was super friendly.
Chestnut Ridge resort has plenty of free parking. Attended a wedding here and it was beautiful. Food was good and they decorated beautifully. Hampton inn hotel is close by to walk to and it has a golf course.
If you are looking for a place for wonderful food and a bar look no other than the Chestnut Ridge Resort & Conference Center. I was here for a Mother's Day Buffet 2022 their food was excellent.
Updated review. New ownership and new GM.staff is working wonders and the updates look amazing! Food is always good, and both golf courses are fun as hell!
We had our daughter’s wedding at Chestnut Ridge on October 16. We had a great experience there, the food was excellent and the service was excellent but Amy Workman deserves special recognition. From the beginning Amy was always available to answer our many questions. She did so promptly & pleasantly and was by our side from the rehearsal to Sunday afternoon. You won’t be disappointed by having your special event at Chestnut Ridge.
Just had our son's wedding there. The place is awesome. Amy and all the staff was first rate, could not of ask for a better day. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of event. The food was excellent. Nice golf course view was a added bonus. Hampton inn next door is very nice as well.
Course was in good condition and the green fees were very reasonable. Only issue was there was not any food.
This is a great place for golf and just sitting back and relaxing. This a nice and homey venue to spend time with friends and family.
Food is good and the course is beautiful. The clubhouse is a bit antiquated but it only adds a wonderful character to the place.
The courses are not in as good of shape as I remember from years ago. The restaurant was pretty good though. The Hampton inn was clean and the staff was nice. You should really open up the breakfast again. The governor opened up the state. Are you just trying to save 6 dollars on every customer?
Amazing! First visit but definitely not my last. Course were in great condition. Absolutely no complaints. If you want to treat yourself to great golf outing I highly recommend
