They did a great job sizing my engagement ring during the pandemic. They also helped find my wedding band that matched perfectly with my engagement ring. They also helped my fiancé to create his perfect wedding band as well.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and were too far away from the last jeweler I took my engagement ring to to have the stone tightened. I came in without an appointment and the kind worker that helped me commented on how pretty the diamond is and some possible options in the future to make sure the setting is tight at all times. It didn't take long at all to have the ring fixed and polished! I was also able to pay by card on the phone and pick up outside since I had my puppy with me! My diamond ring looks brand new and super secure. I hate leaving my ring behind because it's so special to me, but Chiccarine's really put me at ease! Thank you:)

Five stars are not enough for this seven star jeweler. I've been going to Chiccarines for years but recently had a custom 24K yellow gold ring with engraving and a diamond made. IT IS STUNNING! ! ! I just had another fantastic experience at Chiccarines!
My family has been doing business with them for decades. My mother who grew up with the family always told me to “ only go to Chiccarines, they’re the only jeweler you can trust! ” Well the other day I walked into their new store located next to the Pep Boys in the Collegeville shopping center, whom ever designed that store knocked it out of the park. The selection and the displays were awesome and the pricing was very honest. I was immediately greeted by Lisa who helped me address any concerns and I felt that she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I don’t know if you’ve ever wandered into a jewelry store and they pounced on you like a used car lot, but there was none of that here.

Lisa even invited me to enjoy a coffee while I browsed the show room. I am very happy to see them in their new location, and I wish them well. They are a stable in Collegeville and go back to when Collegeville was just a little country town.

Today was the first time I walked into the new location of Chiccarines Diamond and Jewelry. The store is beautiful. Upon entering, I was greeted with a “hello” and smiles from both of the staff. They immediately attended to my questions. Both were knowledgeable, and very warm. I needed links removed on a new watch and a prong fixed on my engagement ring. They were extremely efficient as well as very reasonable. They not only fixed both as I waited, but took the time to go over the mechanics of my new watch with me. They also offered to continue any service beyond my original request since I was questionable on the amount of links removed and offered to recheck my prong on my ring at any time. There was definitely a family feel to the place. Truly, a class act establishment.

Since moving to Collegeville Chiccarines has become my go to jeweler. They work with you to design whatever you are looking for and they do excellent repair work as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a jewelry store you can trust this is definitely the one!

He answered my questions while I browsed the watches in-store and in their catalogues. I ended up selecting a watch from the catalogue and my fiancè loved it. Chiccarine's did a beautiful job of repairing my engagement ring! It is rather old, having been in my family for a while, and needed quite a bit of work. When I first arrived, the man who assisted me, was very informative about the process and explained each step and the cost. The turn-around on the repair was quick and the finished product was stunning! It looked brand new and fit perfectly.
