Chick-fil-A, Whitehall PA

Fast Friendly and professional service, tasty food. Was very busy at lunch time and staff handled the crowds, very well.

Ive always enjoyed Chick-fil-A but we received Horrible Service here. We ordered 5 different sandwich meals. After waiting for 10 minutes, the lady working the counter says that they gave away our entire order to someone and they're working on remaking our order. I'd have given them 1 star but I added 1 star as this lady was atleast concerned that our order was given away and was somewhat rushing our order the second time around. After waiting about another 5 minutes again we get our sandwiches and fries cold. And to top it off 2 of the sandwiches and drinks were wrong orders. When I asked to see the manager an absolutely non concerned guy who called himself the manager makes light of the situation and hands me another cold sandwich and another wrong drink. What perplexed me was they had more people behind the counter than the people waiting for food and they seemed overwhelmed. Just seemed like bad management. I'd probably avoid this place unless they're the only ones open in the mall.

Ordered and had our food delivered through doordash. Our fries were only half filled, and my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich did not have the pepperjack cheese on it.

This place was very busy. That's because the food is the best around. You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A.

Located in mall. Convenient while shopping. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Gluten free alternatives.

The food was excellent. It was very fresh. They were very fast in the morning for our group was quite a few children visiting.

Fantastic food, personnel, and guests. 'the friendliest folks encountered of any restaurant'. A real joy while eating alone or with friends/family. Rest rooms, tables etc cleanliness sets a new high bar standard!
HOWEVER, and this is a COMPLAINT.can not readily cut the Heinz Ketchup packet! It is so tough/frustrating that I and other friends regularly gripe about it ie why not ask Heinz for a 'package friendly' packet?

Great fast food and very friendly service. The layout of the restaurant is kind of cramped, but they do the best they can with the space they have.

Chicken is very salty the place is very clean but a lot of people have high blood pressure and can not have too much salt so if they have low or no salt it would be better
