Chick-fil-A, Hershey PA

If you can't get to this without the hassle of Hershey, then dont advertise this as a location to go to! I'm tired of having my GPS go to your location.

Being inside Hersheypark, the prices are a little higher than those at a regular restaurant, but not too bad. Same great food and service as any other Chick-fil-A.

I always have an awesome experience at Chil- Fil- A. Their service should be the industry's standard.

Service was below average and food prices were $3 more per item. Dont know if owner is ripping people off or Hershey is squeezing more money out of chick-fil-a. I would expect 50 cents or a dollar mark up for convenience but not $3 per item.

Awesome Excellent Tasty and the service is far above any fast food place I've ever been to! C'mon it's the chic fil a.

Spicy chicken deluxe and nuggets are where it's at. Try it with a combination of all the sauces, find your jam.

Even with a link out the door, they got threw it very quickly. After they took our order, didn't take long to get our food. My only issue is they put the sauces over what is at the soda fountain. Couldn't see what was the choices to drink.

You really cant say anything wrong about this place. The staff is so kind and the food is amazing. I always come here when I'm in the area.

I can’t eat bacon and I was given my salad with bacon on the bottom of the lettuce. Just seemed mean spirited. This incident happened today.

Worst location thus far. Price gauging and ripping off tourists. Also they don’t accept the loyalty points at this location. The line is also out the door. Food is still great however this location straight up sucks!

Its a very good place for chicken! Its more affordable than kfc and you get more stuff from chick-fil-a than any other chicken place

Thank you for having a chick fil a in Hershey park! Just what we needed after a long day in the park.

Being at Hersheypark it was way too expensive. Worst customer service ever at one of their restaurants.

Today I had went to chick fil, a there was an young lady at the register that had made my day. I was having a rough day at the park just going to here register seeing her smile made me smile. She was very sweet and had great manners.she had asked me how I was doing and she hopes I’m having great day so far. I don’t think she realized that by her asking me that he made my day much better. She was very kind and patient with me with it being 9: 30 pm with the store almost closing. I just wanted to let you know she was awesome. I believe her name is Kim I’m not 100% sure if I’m a wrong I’m sorry. If it helps It’s July 23 a Tuesday.

This is the best Chick1fil-A in the area. Gavin is an outstanding employee and does whatever he can to make sure your visit is an enjoyable experience. He is polite and very respectful towards the customers. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. Thanks Gavin, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Everyone is always polite, nice and the food is always good!
I wish more places could get the type of help who are always helpful, respectful and just great all around!

Not as great as a regular chick fil a. Not enough tables and workers seemed very confused when we ordered.

Good food and wow! Dress like a cow, get free food. Fed 6 for $15! All other fast food places.you need to up your game

I normally give any chik fil a a five star review maybe a four star but I do need do need to caution everyone on using this one. One if the things that I rate chik fil a for so highly is their service but this particular location does not use chik fil a employees. The employees all have hersheypark name tags and the polite terminology of "next guest" and "my pleasure" are gone and the extra mile effort with it. No playground either which wasnt a big deal at an amusement park. The food though was still delicious and I would return just for that and nostalgic reasons.
