Chick-fil-A, Harrisburg PA

My family and I just had the best chick- fill-A experience this far at store # 03462- operator Brad Burkholder (I hope this gets back to him)

We have been eating at CFA for years but this was the most pleasant experience. I don’t think we have ever left a CFA establishment unhappy but this particular location we were just really amazed

The post pandemic dining room was open and staff were on point. The drive through LOOKED busy but inside was calm, cool, and collected. We were asked by three different staff members if we needed anything within a 45 minute experience.

I witnessed the staff talking to one another with genuine care and love. The dining room was impeccably clean. A worker was walking around with a Dyson vacuum searching for any crumb she could find, smiling from ear to ear, interacting with our 16 month old son.just delightful.

The coolest part to me of our experience - I witnessed what seemed to be a team member in training walk into the store (backpack, glasses, CFA branded water bottle, facial hair) he hesitates as he goes to open the door, looks all around him to see if somebody is behind him who he could let in FIRST before himself. Doesn’t spot anyone, nods to himself and proceeds through the door. What a cool thing to do. This sight will leave a lasting impression.

Busy, was in line before 10: 30, but had to get lunch. We had a wait to get food. It was good and hot though

What is there NOT to like? Their menu caters to almost anyone, and their food is always fresh and delicious!

Brad and his team are incredible! He seems like a very involved operator and he took great care of our group!

Most efficient place of business I’ve ever experienced, especially the drive through. The team members are friendly and well-trained. Excellent food, too!

Went to the drive thru for lunch. The line went very fast, friendly staff, and the food was accurate and delicious!

As expected, this Chick-fil-A franchise makes you feel valued as a customer. They’re living out the company’s image in a manner that would certainly make its founders proud

My 1st time there with my boys. The chicken is good. The price for the food is a bit on the expensive side but worth the money. And my boys had fun in the playground with other kids.

I love this place, the atmosphere and culture of the place sets them apart and that's why I keep coming back. The food is always fresh and quick.

It is hard to come by a Chick-fil-A with poor service, but this one had by far the best service of any Chick-fil-A I've been to. Barely one minute after ordering and finding my table did my order arrive (it had a special request which made this even more impressive). The sauces are kept out in the open instead of behind the counter which is wonderful for someone like me who cannot get enough Chick-fil-A sauce. Great location that should make the company proud.

We always enjoy our visits to Chick-Fil-A. It is a little more money but always fresh and great service. My spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was very good with the pepper jack cheese and my daughter liked hers with Colby jack cheese. My other daughter enjoyed her 12 tenders with Chick-Fil-A sauce. Very clean and very fast service today.

Love love love their food! We come back as often as we can. Friendly service, clean restaurant & fast healthy yummy food.
