Love this place! They work fast and never have an issue and if they would be, you know they would take car of it. Always friendly.

Easily the worst drive-thru experience of my life. It took 45 minutes to get a coke and 12 chicken nuggets. They also have you trapped in 3 rows of drive thru parking so you cannot get out of line. 45 minutes. Yikes.

I use the app to order so it's frustrating that most of the time my order is not correct. I'm not sure if there is just a lack of care in their service or more people need to be hired to handle the congestion at this location. The Chick-fil-A experience here has been overall subpar when considering the mostly excellent experiences that I've had at other locations.

Always fast friendly service - I don't even work here but I can guarantee you 100% accurate and timely service. Met a new hire, a sweet ginger haired young man outaide with the cars doing his absolute BEST and be was so helpful and very nice.

CFA is the World's Greatest chicken sandwich, hands down. This location is great (like them all). Mostly drive thru during covid.

Picked up Chick Fil A’s Valentine family date night bag. I am thrilled I ended up reserving a spot when they posted it on their FB page. It had nuggets, brownies and cookies in heart shaped tins, a tablecloth, candle, flowers, a family game and a heart craft decoration. Absolutely perfect and with a friendly greeting from Ciera. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

We were in the drive thru, and first they would not let us pick up our drive thru order and then place an additional order to add on an item, we had to go around the drive thru twice, which didn’t make any sense to me. If other people are placing orders through the drive thru, why is that an issue? The boy was SO rude to us even when we were just kind of like okay, we’ll go around, and he rolled his eyes when we came through a second time. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like an inconvenience, did you just hope we’d drive away and not grab our extra item?

On top of that, the kid directing traffic and handing out receipts had no idea what he was doing. We were almost hit several times because he kept moving cones around with no clear direction as to what he was doing.

This place used to be great, but they’re slipping. If you do go here just order ahead and avoid the drive thru portion at all costs.

An incredible place. Even with the draconian restrictions placed upon them by government they get people in, served correctly and checked out. The food is always correct. Outstanding service.

Always good when I go to Chick fil a.they started selling chick fil a sauce by the bottle so I'm very happy about that.

Always delicious food! Love the app for easy payment and rewards. Drive-thru is always crazy busy but usually isn’t too long of a wait. Always gets order correct and makes sure they put straws and extra napkins in bag.

One thing is for certain. American's love Chich-fil-A. Driving past our local outlet, it is always busy. We had the Deluxe sandwich with lettuce, American cheese and pickles. Is it better value for money than the KFC Rounder or BigMac? No, it is on par. No better, no worse. They serve Coca-Cila products which I find superior to the Pepsi poducts the others are mainly serving. Their fries are where they lost the plot in my view. Only a little salt at the top, slightly soggy and coldish. Mac fries are way better.

Views differ, but this is my view based on me comparing between the other main fast food experience thus far.

This is the place to fill your tummy at a reasonable price with great service and efficiency.

The food here has always been of good quality and taste, and I have never run into issues from that perspective. However the order accuracy is.middling, at best. Having tracked my visits over a few months, a full 33% of my orders have had something wrong with them, whether it is the wrong kind of sandwich or completely forgetting an item altogether. If they do forget an item and you bring the receipt in later, they are less than helpful and even a bit confrontational in their response at replacing your item, rather trying to make it seem like you are doing something wrong instead. There are a LOT of people that come here, so expect a long wait in the drive-thru; they have implemented different systems to counter this, to varying degrees of success, but expect to be in line for 15 minutes at most hours of the day. If you can spare the time, this location is safe to eat at, but CHECK your order before you leave the window. Every single time.

I was casually getting weekly Chickfila run, and while I was in the drive through the girl who was taking orders told me to hold on a second. Therefore, I waited only to hear her say “Why can’t they order already”. I thought this act was extremely rude, and unnecessary.

Totally slipping.ordered extra dressing for my Cobb salad and got ZERO. Chic sandwiches had spicy patties on them. Kid who brought me the food forgot my beverage then argued that I did not order one. Eventually I found my receipt and of course there was a beverage on it. Still recommend them but triple check your order because the little kids that work there just don’t care enough to get it right.

It is always a great day at this Chic-fil-a! My favorite place to get fast food in the south hills. Curbside is quick, efficient and friendly.
