Chick-fil-A, Greensburg PA

This Chick-fil-A in Eastgate Plaza is by far the best I've ever had including food and service!

It was good. Except the one cashier seen me standing there and didn't help. But the other cashier who was continously taking orders decided to help me.

Absolutely horrible experience. Only ordered a chicken sandwich. Took 20 minutes. Then it was made wrong. Took another 20 minutes+ to remake. Asked for money back. Terrible service. Staff does not know what they are doing.

My fiance and I both got sick. I got spicy chicken sandwich and she got regular chicken sandwich

Service was amazing. Food was made fresh when it was ordered. Good portions of food for the price. Of course you have to get the honey bbq sauce for your waffle fries. The staff cleaned tables and keep up with the trash left by all the customers. A nice pleasant atomsphere. Would highly recommend a food break here.

Fast a polite as usual. Food delicious every time. The drive thru/parking situation is rather confusing if you are not familiar with the set up

I love chic fil a been going there since i was a kid inside the mall. Every trip to mall we go past and get test tasters a couple times each visit. Lol

Started off with trying to have us pay for four meals, ordered three meals. They sent us to the window, things were worked out. Decided to check if the correct change was given. The one that was paid at the window was correct, the other two which was paid in the drive-thru were short $1.00 each. Went back to chick-fil-a to get it resolved. The first one went well but the second one, I got the impression that they thought we were trying to scam them. I tried explaining that they short changed two individuals with IDD. I noticed that my milkshake had no whip cream and cherry, I ordered it with. By the time we got this resolved, our food was cold.

Dana was very helpful in getting our food ordered. It was our first time and she helped us through the menu and recommended options that turned out great. Service was speedy even though they were packed and the food was amazing.

Always issues with there online ordering and same old excuse " oh it's right there in the computer" after waiting 20 minutes and having to call then wait even more. BKs new Sandwich is AWESOME

Standard Chick-fil-A, clean dining room, friendly and attentive staff, food tastes great and everyone is very polite. The drive through always seems to have a super long line, but the excellent staff processes orders quickly and a huge line will vanish rapidly. The outdoor staff have ice vests to help them stay cool! Amazing company.

For all drive ups, your order is done by car window service, meaning the workers are outside and go from car to car. First time I have seen this service, and works quite well. Very organized and efficient.

Terrible service for drive thru. Exit lane is blocked because they are letting cars park there instead of keeping it clear for vehicles exiting.

Listen if you haven't had Chick-fil-A you have no idea how much you're missing! The food is always so fresh! Not to mention every employee I even interacted with was so amazing very polite and very helpful! They train thier employees the correct way for sure! The food is always hot! I got a spicy chicken sandwich thru the drive thru and had to do some running around but an hour and half later with the bag closed my sandwich was still warm! I mean really I was amazed! Top notch chicken! I won't get a chicken sandwich anyplace but here!

The staff is always so polite. I wish everyone everywhere trained their staff to be this way. Life would be so much more pleasant. (Of course the customers need to be kind as well!) What a perfect world it would be! I am a calorie watcher so I get a grilled kids meal with fruit and a diet lemonade. My cheat is I get the ice cream instead of the toy and put it in my diet lemonade. Weird I know but yum.
