Breakfast Restaurant Chick-fil-A reviews
14Not among the cheapest of fast food, but the staff seems happy and clean. Appreciate people who get one day off a week, to patronize and fill out the places of worship. My son likes their sandwiches, wife and daughter love their milk shakes. I imagine their delicious cookies.
I don’t normally give a 5 out of 5 stars but when the service is good, food is good, and they deliver what they promised what else’s do you give?
Service was fast at pickup, but food was below standard. Our chicken was over fried/dark and our fries were soggy and mostly bits and not actually waffle fries. I likely will avoid this location next time I am in town.
I hate to give this chick fil a a bad review because the employees I’ve encountered have been very kind, but for the love of god just open the inside of the restaurant! It makes no sense to not have it open. Also there something with this Chick fil a buns that I can’t stand. They’re almost like wheat buns and they don’t taste like other chick fil a’s I’ve been to
I order Chick-fil-A via Doordash at least once a week. Their prices on Doordash are pretty high, but I understand that Doordash is not very financially friendly to their drivers or their restaurants, so I blame Doordash more than Chick-fil-A. Even with the higher prices though, my food from Chick-fil-A is ALWAYS worth it. Chick-fil-A has NEVER messed up any of my orders - whether I go through their drive-thru myself or order via a delivery service. The food is always well made, the condiments and toppings are always right, and they never forget items that I order. This may sound pretty basic, but I order delivery a LOT, and these things are far from basic. You come to expect that every 2nd or 3rd delivery order from a restaurant will be wrong or missing something, but not with Chick-fil-A. They have been 100% reliable, and that's worth an extra couple bucks to me since I'm too lazy to go out of my house to get the food myself.
I'm not sure what this restaurant does to differentiate itself like this. Maybe they pay their employees a decent wage? Maybe they treat their employees better? It's probably multi-factorial. But whatever they do, it works. Everyone working at this restaurant should be commended for doing a great job and for taking pride in their work.
Wish you were open on Sundays as does everyone else in York county. Super friendly staff and great food. One last thing. It's MY PLEASURE!
Update. I am changing my review to 3 stars. I have a heart condition and asked for my fries with no salt. I was told by the young lady on the other end of the microphone. That there mgr.said they could no longer accommodate this request. Really?
I luv there food honestly, I am a bit put off that the one in Shrewsbury is taking so long to do whatever there doing
I love Chick-fil-A but the last time I was there we had a dead fly on the roll. I contacted the company and NO one replied to me
Used the app as the drive through was rammed. Glad we went. Great spicy chicken sandwich and strips. Waffle fries didn't disappoint but could have been warmer.
Food is always hot and ready on arrival, not to mention how quick the drive-thru is! Never disappointed!
I would love to give this place a 5 stars great food! But the fact that the indoor dining is closed is completely unnecessary and totally usless, they are just killing business, I arrived on foot and had to order online with all my information for them just to walk out and hand it to us.
I completely appreciate curbside. The food 90% of the time has been good. Had a few cold or undercooked fries on a couple of occasions but that is out of dozens of visits.
Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Literally the worst. The staff is extremely rude and do not represent the values of this company. You all need to get it together and change that attitude.
When I first seen the line at the drive-thru, I thought it was going to be at least a 20-30 minute wait just to order! But to my surprise, we (there was 4 of us) placed our orders, paid, received our order and back on the road in a total of 15 minutes at most! The staff that works there really have it together. I'm glad they are closed Sundays because the employees deserve a day off!
